Back a thousand years, God was a fun drunk who liked the coin.
If you`re entertaining, people hardly notice the attention whoring.

Have I missed something which has triggered this movement on Bitstamp? Bearstamp Vs. Bullfinex
I'm still wondering when China is going to sort their exchanges.

Lol, what a scam. No, sorry Bitfinex owners, nobody is going to follow a fake pump on your fraud exchange when you already have more than a $40 spread with other exchanges. People aren't stupid. That price went straight up then straight back down. Fuck off Bitfinex scammers. This is complete MtGox style fraud. No legit market pumps using a $40 spread as a BASE LOL. These people are delusional frauding idiots.

Is this war with banks just starting or is Bitfinex going to be able to find a solution? It is a bit strange that ONLY Bitfinex is describing this kind of problem, at the moment? Maybe they can check with their competitor, Bitstamp? Or maybe sometimes geographically and jurisdictionally, there can be additional complications? I imagine that part of the ambiguity with Bitfinex is related to it's geographical and jurisdictional location, rather than mere conspiracy theories that are being suggested by some. In other words, I continue to believe that this is NOT being caused by Bitfinex but is a problem that is being imposed upon them and Bitfinex is being (more or less) upfront about the situation that they are currently facing. Anyone consider this or is there any actual conspiracy theory evidence?

it's the only exchange that banks out of taiwan i presume. every exchange will have different banking routes. if i was a banker i would want anything to do with them. at least places like bitstamp can point to some regulation. when people say bankers are at war with bitcoin, more often than not the majority of the problem is the banks being at war with regulations that bitcoin might breach.

So, what happens when Bitfinex runs out of Fiat (to buy Bitcoins only to leave the exchange)?

More fun tokens for everyone to enjoy? I'm still getting over its return to the top after a hack of that magnitude. What do/did they have that other exchanges don't? Is it the combination of volume and margin?
I've never used it but it was certainly less horrific on the eye than Kraken is.

Good morning Bitcoinland.
Missed a couple of days over the Easter weekend but see I really missed nothing.
It's still in the $1150-$1200 range... currently $1204 (Bitcoinaverage).
Stamp is resisting the efforts of what appears to be someone desperately trying to drive the price down, and Finex, well Finex is Finex.
I'm glad I don't keep money on exchanges.
It's getting tedious though after 4 days of sideways. I wish it would either take another leg up or at least dip enough to provide a real buying opportunity.

Not too worried about the Bitfinex spread just yet. Gox was fairly higher from what I remember. It something like $1240 in the 2013 bubble, when BTC-e couldn't even reach $1100.
