I am convinced that if I sell today, all the newspapers and news broadcasts of the world will start to talk about the cryptos tomorrow, and soon will see the bitcoin at 100,000 euros. I'm also convinced that if I do not sell the bubble will burst and I will feel a crap.

I get at least 33% off almost everything in Amazon ... but I have to wait a bit before someone buys it for me.
how? http://www.purse.ioWhat if someone makes your payment with some stolen credit card? This was addressed years ago, early on in their deployment. I believe someone was questioned by the police about a package and the item was taken by the police. After that they created a guarantee on all purchases up to $10,000 and I assume have taken some measures to prevent this. I've used it for years and never had a problem. I've always thought the whole idea behind it was a bit dodgy, but maybe it's worth trying then? I use GiftOff. Been great so far.

Good morning Bitcoinland.
Nothing new, still bouncing along more or less sideways... currently $4265USD/$5177CAD (Bitcoinaverage).
AltcoinCash also stalled at $536USD/$649CAD (Coinmarketcap).
Pretty boring but I suppose no news is good news. Ho hum.

how? http://www.purse.ioGuess that does not work in EU ? You can always use a service like usendhome.com though the shipping cost might be too much (often more then 50 euros). But worthwhile if you are ordering something expensive. Also, amazon.com doesn't ship many items over-the-coast so usendhome is a work-around for that kind of situation.

MAST incoming too ( potentially) I don't think it is likely going to happen within this year, but I wouldn't mind being pleasently surprised. MAST as a soft fork is just a no-brainer. sigh Reindexing blocks on disk 3 years and 48 weeks behind

Read the release notes. That is supposed to happen. Some people. I think not The first time you run version 0.15.0, your chainstate database will be converted to a new format, which will take anywhere from a few minutes to half an hour, depending on the speed of your machine. that was that UXTO or whatever, that went pretty quickly I do not see this full reindex referenced in the notes

Yeah there better not be a full reindex with 0.15.0 - I really can't be doing with that, I went through that process a few times in earlier releases when I had a power cut in my house.

Just loaded 0.15.0 rc3 on my laptop and no re-indexing was required.

Who am I supposed to believe here If it's the former, I'm going to hold off on downloading the latest version for a good while.

Who am I supposed to believe here If it's the former, I'm going to hold off on downloading the latest version for a good while. I did not have to re-index when upgrading from 0.14.2 to 0.15.0rc2 - but it does do a full rebuild of the UTXO database (format changed) which takes a while. Not nearly as long as a full re-index, though. From the release notes: Upgrade notice
One of the performance optimizations in Bitcoin Core 0.15.0 is an update to the format of the database that tracks spendable bitcoins. The first time you start Bitcoin Core 0.15.0 (or a later version), it will automatically begin this update, which will take from about 5 minutes to 30 minutes depending on the speed of your computer.
Graphical users can monitor the progress of the update on the Bitcoin Core splash screen; bitcoind users can monitor it in the debug.log file in their data directory.
If you later decide to downgrade to an earlier version of Bitcoin Core, please see the instructions in the release notes.
