The financial regulator has issued a stern warning against a speculative frenzy over initial coin offerings (ICOs) in cryptocurrencies such as bitcoin that have been promoted by celebrities including Paris Hilton.

Those are all the Coinbase, Gemini and Coindesk employees 
Good then, the majority of Bitcoin users in the US do not file tax report on Bitcoin. Why should they right now? 802 is a very small number considering how many people use bitcoin. Now I get why they want users' data from exchanges.
And for this reason we need good DEX soon.

It remains a bad strategy to sell when the price has already gone down... so either you hodl or you wait to buy.

If you were gonna sell, you should have already done so when the price was going up.

You seem to be suggesting that guys do the opposite of what is prudent, merely because you anticipate that there could be some further dip, which you suggest is in the $3600 territory.. which would be a buy then strategy, if it happens, rather than a sell now strategy, and gambling that something you believe to be inevitable does not happen.. which is a bad fucking strategy - especially if we see that today, BTC prices went up by more than $100 and then dropped nearly $300 already... buy on the way down and sell on the way up... or otherwise HODL... we seem to be going down now, which either means HODL or buydl.
