I am going to laugh if China decides not to ban their exchanges, just make them adhere to some extra regs.

And why would they want to ban the exchanges permanently? Without that trump card of FUD they wouldn't have any "spectre of a ban" to lord over the market with anymore. FUD is the only way for them to sway sentiment in a negative way.

I look to Every page in here from now When a date is picked first iT cannot been taken again ( 1st =1st)
Another .25 btc is rewarded for ho makes best of technical analyse of the time When we strike ATH.... and Why iT happens at that time.....
So This .25 also only to been payed 1 time .... and not 2 times te same explanation.... (1st =1st)

Yep, This is just more China manipulation. Still trying show who's in charge. Few more days and we wont here much more about it and prices will come back. Seems its always the case anyways. Never know though..

Reason: Chinese exchanges minus ICOs will reopen in November or Early December. In addition Bitmain will grudging fall into line with Core having been spooked by the People's Republic of China and suddenly finding the prospect of "controlling" bitcoin less attractive.  This combination will spark the next major bull run.

My random speculation for the day.
