Rules ....: the one  with the right date of ATH gets .25 btc paid directly  (UTC time)    (closest to ATH.....)
I look to Every page in here from now When a date is picked first iT cannot been taken again ( 1st =1st)
Another .25 btc is rewarded for ho makes best of technical analyse of the time When we strike ATH.... and Why iT happens at that time.....

I am guessing 4th Dec. By then the 2X would have either died, or maybe never happened. After a few days of cooling period of that drama, 4th Dec is about the time for positive trend. Speculation at this stage, obviously.

Of this I have no doubt... tether coin to control the on and off ramps - new regs stricter AML and KYC etc etc
There is NO way NEO (and OnChain and Fosun) and Walton have gotten this wrong...  it will all come out in the wash for sure

NEO was under $2 not long ago.

Simply put they have been jumping through hoops and working  with the government since their inception in  2014 to  be complaint - OnChain has been working with the government on LawChain and IdentityChain for purposes of setting up the framework for registering digital assets on the blockchain (and using NEO)....  and Fosun is heavily involved    the biggest conglomerate in China (hint they ARE the red party)  Neo and Walton both have no doubt known this was coming all  along.

Both will be positioned perfectly- especially NEO - NEO IMO will take a massive role in  the new  system  coming out of China.

I don't see this fake bounce lasting very long. We're above $3000 again but I fear this won't hold. There's little support behind it and with a little volume downwards we are right back to $3000. We just had a few 500+ coin buy orders, though.
