lol @ manipulative wall at 73.959

This way any sells appear as buys on bitstamp.

Regardless, interesting moment.. do we go up from here? Or is some whale going to take a dump? Or even a whale bring us to 90 in one swoop?

Things will settle down to 70ish, buy support will form, and a whale will dump tonight  Wink

I mean, if the past few weeks is any indication.

Anyone at the end of 2013 looking at the market firmly above $100 will be kicking themselves for staying all out when it was trading at $70

If you guys liked my ultra short-term prediction, you might want to look at this not-so-ultra-short-term one:
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=178336.msg2673061#msg2673061

If you are quick and determined, you'll make it.

EDIT: this picture is even more educational https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=178336.msg2669571#msg2669571 focus on volume analysis and price testing the green trandline.

Hm, I've seen bigger rallies going heavily south in last few days. Still lot to play here I guess.

It could very well be that someone is trying to move those bids from 50s to 60s or more. Or not, lol

Surprised this rally hasn't been killed quicker, all the bears sleeping?

Or are they waiting for bids to build? There's 3.5kBTC above 70. That looks like tasty bear food.

Seen more buy pressure today but it's not convincing of a rally.

HISTORICAL PREDICTION

Prepare for the price to:
a) go slightly above 72
then
b) drop quickly to 70.40 - 70.60

Next the train will leave the station heading north.

CONFIRMATION  Grin

I hope you earned some money with me.

Yep, good call Loozik.

Would you like more such calls? I am thinking of opening a ''call'' thread or running a closed group for people interested in learning real-life TA, not semi TA-gibberish people learn from books.

Not falling for it with this mini rally.

We are in for a few months of downtime and sideways movement before anything substantial occurs.

I'd say 2-3 months of sideways at the bottom.

After all of the negative sentiment, I can't imagine anything other than 95% of all of the bears having run out of BTC to sell.

I'm not saying that I have for my surrender, but after a month of non stop falls is a nice buy low and sell high (although I suppose a few days) Wink

I'm not a trader and only know the very basics, also more times than not i'm wrong so it's clear i have a lot to learn.

I am a retired pro trader. I might be of help.

A group like the one you are talking would be very usefull for people like me, i'm sure a lot of people would join Smiley

I will form such a group sooner or later.

Group members will use either free version of Multicharts or free version of Ninja (as soon as these platforms support BTC) - I am using these platforms in my futures and forex trading. I am talking to both developers of these platforms to start support BTC.

There is no ETA for this though.
