I can confirm that withdrawing BTC from Gox is still working at the moment.  Just pulled everything out.  Very much doubt I'll be going back there again. Wink

Can't get mine out "not enough bitcoins in your account"

Not according to my balance - fuck this.

Same here.

Looks like a bug on the database end where it's stuck in a loop where the last transaction is contantly getting rolled back and transactions are being done all over again.

Yes, that is correct. Mark said on irc last time that it was a db rollback. Looks like he didn't bother getting the cause fixed.

On the positive side, this has to finally be the effective end of Gox as market leader. Who wouldn't pull out of there after this?

oh I don't know, the same folks that didn't pull out after the LAST 4 or 5 times this happened?

The media which carried this rally to over 1200 will crucify bitcoin now and drive the price into depression.

Yup, I think we just witnessed the popping of the third great Bitcoin bubble. I was expecting it to reach > $2000 and last another month or two personally.

I was hoping for it to reach higher also. Lets hope for a nice low bottom to scoop up more coins and then hopefully continued bubbles to 10K+ in the future.

Indeed, the future is still bright for Bitcoin.

Exactly my thoughts.

I pulled out in may, btw, after I finally got verified and was able to withdraw my coins (had to verify for some unknown reason).

I had money ready to buy at some point but all that opportunity is gone since we have no idea what is real and what isn't.

That's the problem.
I've allways orders placed till 80% below.

But I need to be able to cancel the top 30%, if I decide so -> crash or big correction incoming.

Not possible with GOX DB rollback loop.
