This will be fun when Gox is going back to life. And Gox will finally lose it's leading position. At least I hope that. I am still puzzled that gox has still this position...

Mt Gox now the lowest of all four major markets.  It's going to go mental when it comes back online.

The media which carried this rally to over 1200 will crucify bitcoin now and drive the price into depression.

Yup, I think we just witnessed the popping of the third great Bitcoin bubble. I was expecting it to reach > $2000 and last another month or two personally.

we gotta go by the working exchanges. its still not far off last weeks low.. or still this weeks low.. I don't understand why you think this a huge bubble pop just yet lol

It might not be (and I actually hope it isn't), but it just FEELS like the last pop.

I had money ready to buy at some point but all that opportunity is gone since we have no idea what is real and what isn't.

Got orders in at $830. Now hope that the 'loop' is honored Wink

Right on schedule Gox pulls the site to try and protect the price.

It's still up.   I am in right now, just to keep an eye on status.

3) Modified trading interface released

While not exactly a site overhaul, we’ve changed the MtGox experience by making the trading interface cleaner and easier to use. This includes color-coding based on trading activity, a new confirmation step before trade finalization, and a display highlighting applicable fees for the trade so you know exactly how much you’re spending per transaction.

maybe it's 2011 again: gox got hacked and someone is whole-selling fake coins. Only this time he has some stop-logic.

On the positive side, this has to finally be the effective end of Gox as market leader. Who wouldn't pull out of there after this?

oh I don't know, the same folks that didn't pull out after the LAST 4 or 5 times this happened?

Exactly my thoughts.

I pulled out in may, btw, after I finally got verified and was able to withdraw my coins (had to verify for some unknown reason).

You had to verify to get your coins out? WTF?

Yes. WTF!

OK, fine, so maybe it's *MY* fault, I am part of the problem, I should know better by now, I use Gox. For certain, it seems like I've lost many thousands of dollars from not being able to place orders at critical moments (just this week you may recall I posted it took me 4 1/2 minutes for a market order to get executed!).

Honestly, who's using multiple exchanges? How do you guys deal with being 'mericun (if you are)?

Looking at my trading app, the trouble started at $877.46198, so everything below is part of the GoxLoop and may not be honored. What a joke  Kiss
