Breaking news: Officials arrest BTCChina founder Bobby Lee!

.... not yet

I love these times. Cheesy

I knew it was FUD right away, because in China, you don't get arrested. You disappear.

that can happen anywhere...not China's fault they don't cover it up as much.

i went all btc again, crash seems to be over, sellers lost lost of btc.

Though still having $35k of fiat waiting for some better entry I'd really would like that to be true, don't care about losing some coins, I'd much rather for price to go over 1000 again.

But I'm afraid it's still far from over, weekend is coming and we'll probably see more lows.

You are pushing hard to get the "retard of the year prize"

Why don't you put your money where your mouth is? Are you shorting?

For the record: I'm not selling a single coin yet. Fresh fiat waiting at $400, but it might be wishful thinking. 2013 is no 2011.

Is it agreed, that a lot of overnight bears got slaughtered like pigs today?

If the prediction that this weekend will be a buyers weekend.. oh god.. it would be like a genocide.

At least let the show run it's course before guessing the ending! We got 2 full days to go, time will tell!

Yeah I called it slaughter for today.. on overnight bears. I mean if your long term sure maybe we visit 600 - 700 there is no doubt we've run up quickly.. but how long we stay there is probably like an hour.. 2 max.. to many bullish or long term investors showing up. I mean maybe the billionaires are colluding to short.. but they're doing it to get cheap coins..

I may be wrong.. but even if I'm not.. well, this video did me a lot of good and I think this is as good a time as any to post it again:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qHUPPYzzZrI

Volatility like this is perfectly normal. Could Bitcoin die one day, never bouncing back? Sure. Do I see any reason for it to happen now? No. Am I a short term bear? Yes. Long term? No, nothing has given me reason to yet.

A great video i watched a few weeks ago mate. If anything, tonight's events further remind me that we are still no where near the vertical, we're a blip on the flat line about an inch from the start. Just imagine when the vertical take off happens, gives you goosebumps thinking about it!

Bobby Lee's arrest wouldn't surprise me. How did BTCChina get away with not requiring ID verification for so long?

lol wtf? retard of the year, money where my mouth is? you get out of the wrong side of the bed?

My fiat landed late November, I've ignored this whole run up to 1200+ waiting for the come down on the other side, I'm five figures in fiat watching the price go to the moon and back with the constitution of a lion. Also, I'm not here to prove anything to you. I'm here to invest my limited savings with the highest returns I can, for the benefit of me and my wives future. If you wanna put shit where your mouth is, go find someone else.

Why don't you move to China and ask them?

Your infactuation with exchanges and their "secret" inside conspiracy theories paint you as a complete oddball.

No one cares about these things but you.

Do you have weird signs and circles drawn in pen with random press clippings all over the walls of your house?

Agreed.  Once people are comfortable that these developments have been fully digested by the market, they will buy back in.  Price discovery is a beautiful thing.  I predict that those who cashed out for good will regret it in a few months.  I've got some fiat on the sidelines waiting to jump in.  Eh, picking bottoms certainly is a dirty business Smiley

So you'd prefer to make less money.. or none at all ..by holding on fiat till.. a crash that.. would be what.. in the 260s? Get real, guess you didn't have any of those five figures in October eh?

Whenever price is rising mostly everyone here is in a good mood and having a good time. When it drops it's more like Armageddon.

Strange, isn't it? Why would people be happy when their wealth is growing, you would never thought they would be.

I've put in buy orders all the way down to $200.. bigger the lower we go.
Still holding on to my initial BTC investment, sold off the ones I made trading. Definitely feels like the right decision. If we go up again already, I'm cashing that money out for good. If we go down deep, I'm buying more BTC with them. Either way.. they're staying on stamp for the weekend. Possibly longer.

Who here only started investing last month, a little capitulation is healthy.
