You are not welcome in this thread, alevlaslo! You’re a scammer & a shitposting BSV shill, go away. We’re a tight knit group here, we don’t want your bull shit in what is a pretty shitty time for some people. https://archive.is/QG1AJFUCK OFF.....I find it interesting that the BSV project seems to attract a larger amount of this sort of personality. Obviously I know there are also folks who are "in it for the tech", and folks who just want to buy into the whole "Core killed BTC, BSV is the real thing, you still have a chance to buy the real bitcoin for 3 digits" narrative. It's a powerful scam. But it also tends to attract a lot of seedy types who seem to have sociopathic qualities. That screenshot is a perfect example of what I am talking about. I assume this is a reflection of the two people really behind the "project". As a poker player i was aware of Calvin back in the day... and he is the type that will break any law, and tell any story for his own gain. And nothing needs to be said about Wright. Or enough has been said already. BTC has it's own load of scammers... but the BSV project really has been a magnet for a particular flavor of scammer/shiller.

"The cornerstone of today’s actions is a new $600 billion “Main Street Lending Fund” to offer support for mid-sized businesses. The plan is to offer 4 -year loans to companies, with principal and interest payments deferred for one year."
In Greece it has two parts, and usually you qualify for both. One business loan to cover losses and upgrade the business to a more competitive state. And another to cover the added tax on the first. Also a third one for consumers, with no questions asked. Government guarantees. Huge interest though. What I'm trying to figure out, is how much BTC I'm gonna get from all this, and when.

Good morning Bitcoinland. Still going sideways over $7k despite an attempt to dip the price... currently $7337USD/$10266CAD (Bitcoinaverage). Meanwhile the clock keeps ticking. Go Bitcoin go. ...im 100% USD unill the crash happens
Strange strategy... putting 100% of your wealth into a commodity that's going to crash. _____ Play it safe. Stay well. Stay positive. Stay happy. The halving is coming. Eventually Covid-19 will be leaving.

Definitively not Tesla. This is not such big problem as that governments will start owning whole industries. And we will pay that through much higher taxes.

Good morning all I hope this day brings you as much joy and happiness as possible as self isolation and social distancing continues in the second week of April, 2020 I encourage everyone to remain strong and supportive of loved ones and family during these troubled times. As we look ahead to the third and forth week of quarantine, this is where any loose screws will start to rattle around imho. People with too much time on their hands and not enough to do will start to act out in strange ways, not all of them productive. Now is the time to be the rock upon which others can lean. Reach out to your friends and families..ask them how they are doing. How they are coping and most important..if there is anything you can do to help. The power of such a simple gesture can not be overstated and I encourage everyone to give it a try. ----------- Bitcoin Still currently trading sideways and riding the waves at $7.3k #dyor 1h 4h D #stronghands

There are actual doctors on youtube. It's not the joke some of you think it is.
Also things like psychology and biology. Robert Sapolsky has an entire lecture series and his work on baboons has taught us a lot about stress and culture.
One of the leading experts on narcissism, Sam Vaknin, is freely sharing what he knows on the topic on his channel.
What I'm saying is that the dog (and all the doglike people here) are wrong.

+1 In a way, I have been preparing for this all my adult life. I suspect many of us have. Of course none of us knew precisely what form it would take, but my guess is that our recognition of the unsustainability of the status quo is what led many of us here in the first place. As such, we find ourselves better emotionally equipped than many around us to deal with reality, as its increasingly stark consequences sink in. Whatever your particular views on the "real crisis" vs. "never going to waste" debate, this whole thing taken together is certainly the biggest shit that has gone down since WWII. We have crossed the event horizon. The old economy is never coming back. Whether that is due to chance or design is largely moot at this point. Suck it up and prepare to tighten your belts with everyone else. Outward displays of relative wealth are going to become decidedly unpopular in coming months. Part of HODLing is surviving to reap the eventual rewards of your farsightedness, don't blow it now.

which one?
Obviously the BTC one, dah.
Is that show any good? Netflix tried their hardest to get me to watch it.
Very good, you'll love it. The first heist is the best so far, the second one is a variation of the first - but both great to watch. temporarily I was back in BTC, but im 100% USD unill the crash happens Could have figured as much that you, jonoiv, would have figured out a way to fail/refuse to recognize the gift horse's mouth that was presented to you. You seem to be stubbornly destined to NOT have a bitcoin position or to merely dabble, at best. Perhaps, you can continue to serve as decent example for pre-coiners and bitcoin fence sitters who might be contemplating whether it is too late to get into bitcoin, and your behavior shows that there are even a lot of folks who have known about bitcoin for a long time, yet who have failed/refused to become richie from bitcoin, even though it was well within their grasps to have accomplished such richie status without any meaningful burden on their overall financial lives. For example, you could have established a real modest investment of $50 per week (which truly should be manageable for many people) for the 7 years that you have been a member of the forum, and you would have invested about $18k, but still accumulated about 36.5BTC, a quarter million in value, without even a very aggressive investment approach. https://dcabtc.com?sd=2013-04-09&sda=7_years&f=weekly&d=7_years&ac=5000&c=true Of course, you could have been more aggressive too, and established even more.;... but yeah, bitcoin is uncertain, and has remained uncertain, so a $50 per week approach could surely be manageable, even on a very tight budget... and sure some weeks could have been more or maybe if you just had continued to have been skeptical, you would have just held yourself to $50 per week. As can be seen from the comparison, graph, gold and stock would have ended up pretty flat during that time.. and your bitcoin would have gone up in price... even the purchasing power of the dollar would have gone down during that time, even though the dollar did do well relative to other currencies. Persistency and consistency in bitcoin has historically had a power that should not be doubted in the future, and really difficult to take you seriously, jonoiv, if you cannot even appreciate the power of the upcoming halvening and you are somehow certain and even smug that bitcoin will have a down before up... which sure, there could be a down before up, but such scenario is far from a condition precedent (meaning something that has to happen).
