I've been running an aggregate view of the price on one of my systems, and for the last couple months, it's consistently been displaying 2-3 red candles, before resuming green candles. I'm afraid I'm going to see 4 red candles on my aggregate view, if we keep dropping like this. Guess I really should not be surprised to see some steam being blown off. Still hoping we break $20k this month. EDIT: Just bought $500 worth of dip, yet again, for... reasons. * BobLawblaw shrugs

Empty Gox! I always enjoy laughing like crazy in the morning... Empty Gox! Getting back serious I do feel the same, it can't be real that something like it can still have a huge grip on the market. That's what we get considering we're talking about a whole lotta coins.

So here I am, listening to great Christmas music on something that my old roommate was just going to toss out 30 years ago. Mind blown.
Have heard the guy after all that time? If he was you're best friend and get some gifts from him.... Then It's time to return the favor and tell him about BTC right now and the opportunity to BTFD... If you don't heard him anymore then make a hassle of finding him and telling him anyway

Actually I see “mindrust” was interviewed.... Curious what he had to say That would be interesting Anybody have a link to his interview? Edit - Found it https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5262967.msg55414748#msg554147481. When and why did you become interested in cryptocurrencies? In late 2013 and early 2014 when Gox was happening. 2. When and why did you buy your first bitcoin? In 2015 when it was around $500. <----- One of the most IDEAL buy-entry opportunities in the history of BTC3. How did you get on the forum?I can't really remember. Probably Roach showed me the way. 4.1. What prevents mass adoption of cryptocurrencies?I guess people like me.... Those who fail to understand fundamentals in the monetary network. 4.3. How do you consider whether 2-3 years of experience in cryptocurrency is enough to successfully invest or does an investor need to receive special education? What is education? 6. The most useful forum topic? Most helpful users? As far as I remember I only heavy merited 2 guys before. One of them was Royse777 and the other was webtricks. This was just my personal experience. There are obviously other good guys. These were the most helpful to me. 7. 3 things you would implement on the forum?- 8. Do you trade on exchanges or invest in projects?I only bought and sold. step 1. bought at the best time available step 2. sold at the worst time possible So yes I do trade... 9. Tell a story about your big profit or big loss?Probably the previous question answers that, bought at the best time.... investment X a lot, sold at the worst .... investment minus X a lot But btw... i'm doing a lot better, forex trading giving me way more ROI as the % BTC gives in return from my 500 buy in start 10. What do you think about the DEFI ecosystem? Its the new bitcoin? 11. Is your anonymity a vital necessity or precaution? At step 1. of my journey yes, at step 2. not so much anymore.... 12. The last cryptocurrency book you read?Obviously none... I didn't need one, I had anonymous as my Guru to follow, the path was clear... he predicted a price for every month to hang on. 13. Advise 3 cryptocurrencies/tokens for investment in the next 1-2 years?Xrp (can buy many more of each for a buck) btw I can recommend many more of those... 14. How much will Bitcoin cost at the end of 2020?Eeeeeuhm my interview has ended. P.s.I HODL’ed through 95% of the bearmarket, I’m a warrior.... but not a 100% warrior Oooooooow, didn't read the mindrust interview yet....

Nothing has changed with MtGox and nothing's going to change for the foreseeable future. December the 15th is just the latest deadline to file a civil rehabilitation plan with the court. These deadlines have come and gone multiple times already, there's a good chance it will be extended until either next march or a plan will be filed. If a plan is filed a long winded and convoluted voting process needs to begin, there are 25,000 creditors and each are entitled to vote. Estimates for any movements of coins - anything from summer 2021 to summer 2022 and beyond. And yes, the Coinlab case is still holding things up so it will be interesting to see what's in the plan which as far as I'm aware is to distribute coins back to the original holders.

Citybank said a $300k coin next year. Jokers... Citigroup has 204,000 employees. Not really surprising that different parts of the business have differing views on related topics - the $300k bitcoin proposition came from their FX business (so looking at it from a currency perspective and was almost certainly being deliberately provocative); the assessment of Micro Strategy is from Equity research (looking at the future for the Micro Strategy business). Expecting everyone at Citi to have exactly the same perspective is like expecting bitcointalk to only have one view on bitcoin ... Even setting aside the size of the organisation and the different business views, one can be both positive about an asset AND believe someone is over-exposed to that asset at the same time.
