the noon wall report Bitcoin appears to be breaking out again with a new all time being set today. Consolidating on the hourly with a pennant showing. All ahead full. #dyor 1h 4h #stronghands I am thinking we go past our pages count very soon. I predict 28356 as the number.

You predict? How dare you? proudhon is the only one capable of doing the complex calculations necessary to confirm or deny. She's the only WO-certified authority on math & science matters. It's her call.

Getting close to thinking of taking a little profit in the form of 100 acres of prime forested property with 1500 feet of lake frontage, ten minutes from a major hospital and about an hour and a half from downtown Toronto. Under 23 bitcoins at current prices. Thank you Bitcoin. Do it! Peace and serenity now is more important than pie in the sky, especially when we are not there (in the future). Now is actually months away. This is just the land. I'd still have to build a house, although in the spring I could still drop a trailer on the land for weekend use. The big problem is converting my coins into dollars and paying capital gains taxes. I don't have (nor want) a bank account. Luckily I have one paper wallet (my largest) which can be traced to my identity, containing about 30 coins. Hopefully that will cover it. You can build a house somewhere you want if you own the land? Wow ... here you can build only houses in special areas, which are flaged as housing areas from the goverment. You can buy property, but you aren't allowed to build something on it... you are lucky.

JJG: thank you for the invitation to have another go at calling the top. However having gotten it wrong once (and very happy to be wrong), I do try to avoid making the same error twice in a row.
Bitserve: apologies my comment was not directed at you.
28-30k then we correct. but cross that out as it is based on dec 31 or earlier.
If we go sideways for 20-30 days 22-24k. we will break out bigly near my jan 27 birthday 🍰 and basically 2021 will be pure platinum. Cresting up and beyond 45 k by second quarter end. i would guess first case over second case. I picked a good year to come back to the wo.

Where do you live that has such Draconian property laws? In Germany... Here you can buy special properties, where you can build houses. But they cost 10 to 50 times more then a normal property. For example here you have to pay for a square meter housing property 500 €. There you can build a house, with some rules from the city or village or whatever you live. But I have to say, there is power and water and suage already there. But you are not allowed to build house outside cities. With one exception, if you are a farmer, maybe than the authorities allow you to build there. But you need always an allowance to build some thing. We call this here a "Baugenehmigung". You need this for basically all you want to build. Even a pool (at some size?). Crazy... You are very lucky...

You might not be able to build a house closer than 100 feet from a river.. You can’t build houses in the countryside? That’s crazy.. Insanity..

seriously. i sometimes look at pics like this and think about what i would have thought when seeing this last year or before. there is a mutuation raging in europe (southern england for sure) that is probably 70% more contagious. good that it isnt 70% more deadly. that is just by accident. we are so lucky. man, i cant wait until this nightmare is over. since europe in general and germany especially have fucked this up so greatly i guess it will stay with us for a while. they havent even ordered enough vaccines.

I know... I think, it's because we have little area for a quarter of the population of the USA. (round about 1/30 of the the area of the USA) We have pretty tight planning regulations in UK too. To be honest, I don't really mind - it helps to prevent anyone from building a poorly designed, ugly piece-of-shit house in the middle of beautiful countryside with no consideration for their neighbours or impacts on landscape quality. Or to protect the setting of historic buildings. Buildings associated with agricultural use get more leeway. Ireland used to have pretty relaxed planning regulations so now you see loads of cheap, poor quality, off-the-shelf, 1990s designed houses everywhere you go, which just looks ridiculous in their countryside.

A lovely good morning Bitcoinland. Another day another ATH... currently $24080USD/$30795CAD (Bitcoinaverage). Go Bitcoin go. ___ Getting close to thinking of taking a little profit in the form of 100 acres of prime forested property with 1500 feet of lake frontage, ten minutes from a major hospital and about an hour and a half from downtown Toronto. Under 23 bitcoins at current prices. Thank you Bitcoin. Hey JimboToronto, I spent a lot of time up there, years back. Family friends had property on that very lake. It's a great lake, close to a great little city with everything you might need but I would be very careful with that particular piece of property. I remember years ago a man tried to build a cottage in a very similar location on that same lake but was stopped and forced to remove what he had constructed and return the area to its previous state. It was the talk of the lake that someone would have the audacity to do such a thing in violation of the law. I can't say I'm 100% certain it was that exact property but almost the entire west side of that lake is in an Environmental Protection One zone. There's virtually no way you're going to be allowed to build on it.
