JJG: thank you for the invitation to have another go at calling the top. However having gotten it wrong once (and very happy to be wrong), I do try to avoid making the same error twice in a row.
Bitserve: apologies my comment was not directed at you.

I hope mindrust is doing alright.
I hope so too. I remember panic-selling back in 2013 or 2014 I think, during a pretty savage dip, but fortunately I quickly saw the error of my ways and bought back in soon afterwards, but not before losing about 20% of my coins. I was new to this back then, but I also think it's something that, if you go through it, it's a harsh but necessary teaching experience. I suspect the most resilient of hodlers may have gone through a similar process, and that is why several of us advised mindrust to buy back in as soon as possible. Unfortunately I don't think he followed this advice, so he became a no-coiner. It's sad, but if a few WOers can learn from his experience, more and stronger hodlers will be born. True. Been there, done that. Like you I immediately realised my mistake and bought back in losing a little in the drama.

28-30k then we correct. but cross that out as it is based on dec 31 or earlier.
If we go sideways for 20-30 days 22-24k. we will break out bigly near my jan 27 birthday 🍰 and basically 2021 will be pure platinum. Cresting up and beyond 45 k by second quarter end. i would guess first case over second case. I picked a good year to come back to the wo.

Some guys seem to get so fucking obsessed over taxes and some of that bullshit that they fail/refuse to appreciate that they can live rich as fuck, and still pay taxes... and sometimes being overly focused on how to avoid taxes might put them into a category that the govt believes that they are evading taxes, and then being in that situation does not seem to be worth it, in my humble bumble thinking.
+1.

You predict? How dare you? proudhon is the only one capable of doing the complex calculations necessary to confirm or deny. She's the only WO-certified authority on math & science matters. It's her call.

Getting close to thinking of taking a little profit in the form of 100 acres of prime forested property with 1500 feet of lake frontage, ten minutes from a major hospital and about an hour and a half from downtown Toronto. Under 23 bitcoins at current prices. Thank you Bitcoin. Do it! Peace and serenity now is more important than pie in the sky, especially when we are not there (in the future). Now is actually months away. This is just the land. I'd still have to build a house, although in the spring I could still drop a trailer on the land for weekend use. The big problem is converting my coins into dollars and paying capital gains taxes. I don't have (nor want) a bank account. Luckily I have one paper wallet (my largest) which can be traced to my identity, containing about 30 coins. Hopefully that will cover it. You can build a house somewhere you want if you own the land? Wow ... here you can build only houses in special areas, which are flaged as housing areas from the goverment. You can buy property, but you aren't allowed to build something on it... you are lucky.

Where do you live that has such Draconian property laws? In Germany... Here you can buy special properties, where you can build houses. But they cost 10 to 50 times more then a normal property. For example here you have to pay for a square meter housing property 500 €. There you can build a house, with some rules from the city or village or whatever you live. But I have to say, there is power and water and suage already there. But you are not allowed to build house outside cities. With one exception, if you are a farmer, maybe than the authorities allow you to build there. But you need always an allowance to build some thing. We call this here a "Baugenehmigung". You need this for basically all you want to build. Even a pool (at some size?). Crazy... You are very lucky...

In the US we can build a house on just about any property but they are starting to get weird about building very close to rivers and such.. You might not be able to build a house closer than 100 feet from a river.. You can’t build houses in the countryside? That’s crazy.. Insanity..

seriously. i sometimes look at pics like this and think about what i would have thought when seeing this last year or before. there is a mutuation raging in europe (southern england for sure) that is probably 70% more contagious. good that it isnt 70% more deadly. that is just by accident. we are so lucky. man, i cant wait until this nightmare is over. since europe in general and germany especially have fucked this up so greatly i guess it will stay with us for a while. they havent even ordered enough vaccines.
