price is tracking Stock-to-Flow model like clockwork.  If BTC does follows its historical path, we will take out gold in 2021-2024, and real estate 2024-2028. After real estate we can not interpolate anymore and have to extrapolate, uncharted waters, hyperbitcoinization?

Yes, each post on WO is another dollar in the pocket from each bitcoin HODLed.

So should we post TA (Transactional Analysis) or TA (tits and asses)?

Not really. I sympathize with your enthusiasm, but it takes a whole page of posts to make one dollar.
Each post is worth a paltry 5 cents per bitcoin.  Sad
Getting to 650k pages is going to be a titanic piece of work.
Post, brothers, post!

Well a much better day for me today lads; little update on my NAS woes from yesterday. Got a new Synology DS420+ and plugged in the old drives. Booted it up and puckered my asshole and was greeted with a "Do you wish to migrate your data" dialogue. You bet my fucking ass I do! Clicked yes and 10 minutes later all back up and running with the same settings and all! Thanks for all the advice from everyone, much appreciated

AND.....

BTC is doing nicely today too just for the cherry on top... I feel spoilt

I absolutely love Synology products, and their Hybrid RAID setup. Use two of their boxes (DS415+ & DS1511+) on my network and can't recommend them highly enough. For Direct Attached Storage arrays on my Mac, can't to wrong with Promise Technology products IMO.

Agreed, Synology really is the ducks nuts! Be fucking careful of that 415+ though my man, what happened to me is a very common issue with that model. I'd be looking at possibly upgrading and selling it off just to be safe.

Just looked into the "Intel Atom Bug" issue, and decided to immediately order a DS1520+ off Amazon.

Thanks for the heads-up on that. Was not aware of the problem.

Did anyone read this old quote from Warren Buffett?  It's kind of satisfying.

I mean, I respect you Warren, you are an old fuddy duddy but you are very well respected as an investor.  But how in the WORLD could you have not been bright enough to throw a few thousand dollars at Bitcoin anytime between now and 8-9 years ago just as a hedge?

Why would you disrespect it so much?  I just don't understand it, and lost a lot of respect for him by this line of thinking.  Success breeds being open minded.  When I first learned about Bitcoin in late 2013 I was incredibly intrigued and I invested just on the possibilities it offered.  I never knew I was a closet Libertarian until that moment.

I also learned never to put all my eggs in one basket either.  So while I wish I bought/invested more in BTC back in 2013, I know that I invested more than the vast majority of the population and am very proud of that.

My only regret now is that we may never know his true identity (Satoshi).

But whatever Warren, keep buying up railroad stocks, I'll sit back and enjoy the view from here.

I love reading all the news articles predicting what will happen with Bitcoin in the next few months.  Literally everything from "drastic crash in price early January" to "$300k by end of 2021".

Bottom line... no one knows the short term.  Long term is obvious though.

Meanwhile... currently observing more upward price pressure.

Rat poison

He was right, Bitcoin IS rat poison, for bankers and the FED. He speaks poorly of it because the concept breaks a monopoly he is fond of.

No problem dude, I'd hate to get someone bit by it too if I could warn them otherwise. The 420+ is a lovely bit of kit, I'm sure the 1520+ will definitely serve you well!

Thanks for the merit too my man Smiley
