Self-Custody is a right. Say no to "non-custodial"

Those who were inclined to sell instead of hold will likely have sold to Fortress Investments or one of the other large companies who've been buying up claims at a massive discount over the last couple of years. Andy Pag who was the organiser of Mt.Gox Legal sold has claim to one of those vulture companies. He had a claim for around 105 BTC, for which he received a mere $63,000. Had he held, his claim today would be worth at least 15.75 BTC+BCH (~$454,000) plus a cash component worth around $46,000. Side note, it's stated in one of the docs that the trustee will dump all other forks for cash. Wouldn't want to be jbreher right now! Yep.. for sure, jbreher and some of the other bcasher diptwats must be feeling in a bit of an awkward position currently, sure it seems that bcash sv is ongoingly dumpening even more than the regular bcash, but they are both dumpening pretty damned good and unendingly in recent times. Sure, due to their low liquidity, they could pumpening at anytime too with a relatively low amount of capital, but even if it does not take a lot of capital to pumpening them, does not guarantee that any of those shitcoins will end up getting pumpening'ed. In sum: The shitcoiners.. hopening for a pumpening'ing that might not be happening to a sufficient UPpity level to offset the amounts of the losses that they have been suffering from extent of the ongoing and persistent dumpenings.

Congratulations to all of our This Is Gentlemen Official Wall Observer Coloring In Competition competitors. The competition was extremely tough but one clear winner emerged chosen by the people. Congratulations to Krubster! Please feel free to tell all your friends, family and distant relations. Thank you to all contestants - may your Microsoft paint never run dry. What is this a pump for children?! Ooh! I made one too... Your's is "OK" though. naturally, mine is invisible. Mine is much too visible. The rollercoaster bitcoin holds on to the helicopter rails. Could have worked that lil detail out a little better, though. EDIT: Oh, and the chart is not current as well top talent of WO hard at work....the pressure is real #amidoingitright? ”This Is Gentlemen” holiday colouring-in competition.

Thanks for all the merits and positive feedback on my take on Hairy's helicopter coloring contest. I made a new one, inspired by the recent events related to Ripple. Updated version: This... thing... is gayer than Rick and I put together. thanks, it took me a serious amount of work to look that gay. Something is missing, though...

Nice stats table, interesting to see them in one place like that, but there is something weird in the up/down arrow column - what is that calculating and how could July be down over 300%?
Oh, and HAPPY NEW YEAR everyone!

On top of the wallet rule now only three days from final adoption, FinCEN just announced ANOTHER rule. https://www.coindesk.com/fincen-foreign-crypto-exchange-disclosure-ruleWith a bare three weeks before leaving office, it's impossible to have a public comment period that complies with the Administrative Procedure Act. Treasury hasn't even provided a timeline yet. We only know that this new midnight rule will have an illegally short comment period, just like the last one. The fact that the procedure is done illegaly won't prevent the rule from being enforced. This is a standard administrative procedure whereby government agencies like Treasury write regulations into law without actually having to go to Congress. Once these new regulations go into effect, overturning them involves a politically difficult congressional procedure; the incoming administration can't simply rescind rules that went on the books before they came to office. In other words, we're fucked. There's still time to comment on the wallet rule, though https://beta.regulations.gov/commenton/FINCEN-2020-0020-0001Meanwhile Mnuchin expects us crypto people to party instead of paying attention.
