Are you going to get 'them COINs?

Coinbase will go public in a direct listing very soon as S-1 is published.
At above $100bil valuation, I feel like there is no more current 'value" left.
Of course, it could "pop" 30% or more on the first day, but i feel like it would be more of an IPO "dud" like FB and UBER within a week or two.
Later on, maybe a better prospect.

Welp, if anyone is still questioning if some exchanges out there are running fractional reserve bitcoin, or even phantom bitcoin, here's the proof:

Crypto Exchange Asks Customers To Return Bitcoin After Selling It At 88% Discount

“It’s very understandable that a lot of users will feel upset they were able to buy what they thought an order was there for Bitcoin at very low prices. But unfortunately, the underlying Bitcoins were never in the possession of the exchange, so there’s never really anything there to be bought or sold, unfortunately.”, said PDAX CEO Nichel Gaba in a press conference earlier today.

That's PDAX. They are running a broken exchange or have incompetent devs, and blaming it on some glitch that caused their bitcoins to sell for 300k PHP ($6k USD), so the first thing some users did is buy at that price and withdraw the 1 BTC successfully to their external wallets outside the exchange.

Their terms of service clearly indicates transactions are irreversible. So they are simply going to lose money or eat up the costs. They are not going to try to sue a thousand users.

Their hot wallet triggered a withdraw, and with no checking or anything whatsoever, so the users got their 1 BTC. I doubt any of them are going to return it.

The true news that isn't fake news is that the only reason the fake bitcoin money is above $10k right now is because of deep state terrorists. I've confirmed this with proven sources and proven calculations. The safest thing to do right now is maximum leverage bitcoin shorting, which is beginning to happen and which is why bitcoin is falling back into its natural extreme downtrend. Some proven confirmation can be seen here:

Not at all! I'm simply using proof, logic, facts, words, math, and science word facts to help people understand how to be safe financial investors by shorting bitcoin on maximum leverage to take advantage of the greatest short opportunity on this planet so far.

CSW made the headlines again. This time for suing some of the core developers.

https://www.coindesk.com/craig-wright-demands-bitcoin-developers-give-him-access-to-stolen-mt-gox-coins

Quote
[CSW] demands access to two wallets that contain 31,000 and 79,957 BTC.

The wallets, curiously, are connected to the hack that drained 800,000 BTC from the world’s then most-popular bitcoin exchange in 2014. Wright claims the bitcoin in the wallets were stolen from him last year.

So he basically admits to stealing from MtGox in the first place, and later got hacked and lost access to those stolen funds. Not the brightest fraudster...

What a fucking knob; I can't wait until this fraudster ends up in jail.
Jail I'm not sure, but he does have a few dates of his own in court... only a matter of time before some shit hits the fan in his own living room.

When we look at BTC price in its Historical context then 30% correction in BTC price from ATH is possible. I believe that History is always repeated.

The users actually got real Bitcoin out so what the exchange is saying is that it sold the Bitcoins of other users without them having actually put a sell order or am I missing something ?

Should exchanges trade on their own platform, there is a debate about that, but surely if they do it should be with their own coins !

Exchange is saying some glitch or technical error caused price to go down. So people bought and immediately withdrew from exchange to their own wallets (your keys, your bitcoin).

So I guess they should tell the exchange "Not your keys, not your bitcoin."

Definitely the fault of BTC. There was never been any terrorism in or attacks on the USA before Jan 6 or before BTC.

Sounds like someone is constantly farting on that stream.
The farts are probably the only honest thing you will hear there.

This a perfect moment to short BTC (aka terrorism money) before the government deletes it. If you can, use maximum leverage.
