I buy a lot of meat on line.
Where do you buy your meat online? Is it cheaper than what you find in your grocery stores?

Where do you buy your meat online? Is it cheaper than what you find in your grocery stores? Usually people buy meat online so they can get the big cuts for on the BBQ. Not cheapest but the meat is better quality and not cut to small pieces.

... We're just back from Peru. While there I found an exchange house ("Casa de Cambio") that will sell BTC for 2% over spot + $20 for him to extract the BTC from his exchange. The below link has an OLD ADDRESS, his new shop is some 50 meters south along Caminos del Inca from the intersection of Av. A. Benavides and Caminos del Inca (ref the corner of Inca and Benvavides with the bank): https://moneytransferexchange.com/casa-de-cambio-christian-currency-exchange-in-santiago-de-surco-peru/That part of Lima is not really central to much of anything of great interest, but if you're in the neighborhood, well... But that 2% + $20 is a great rate, for cash (US$ or local Soles) with no KYC. As long as Christian is around you're good. Disclosure: Unaffiliated in any way with him, but have known him slightly for years. Disclosure: Peru is a very interesting country, but not "easy" like France and Italy for example. We've been there many times, my wife was born there. * * * Alas we finally succumbed to COVID (probably omicron) while there. Double-vaxxed, non-boostered. I took plenty of Ivermectin and Zinc (as per FLCCC protocol), and it's hard to say if they helped. Maybe, our cases were mild. I had been taking Vitamin D3 for over a year as "they say" it helps strengthen the body's immunity. IVM (as well as HCQ) are easy to get at Lima pharmacies. * * * Oh! A speculation thread. OK. I have been following Bobby Lee's advice: "Don't sweat the volatility." Crypto Winter will (likely) end, and all of us HODLers will be fine, or even better than fine. Like I had to say that to you guys... (edited)

Who else agree with me Hmmm... I'm not buying it. Best time to prepare for the next bull market is in the current bear market. It's a double entendre. I was trying to be funny - somehow it generally falls flat. Take today for instance; it's Camp Day at Tim Hortons (a coffee/donut shop) where they use the proceeds of the day's coffee/tea sales to send underprivileged children on a multi-day, overnight camp experience. They also sell bracelets and this year they added socks. The socks are gaudy - white with bright-red designs on them... what the heck - The cashier asked me if I was interested in buying the bracelets for Camp Day and I said I had already purchased several of them so she said, "What about the socks?" I said, "Hmmm... camp socks. I don't think I could pull 'em off." ...crickets... Not even the big dude cashier (sorry, associate) beside her with rainbow fingernail extensions appreciated it. I'm never giving up though! Expect it.

What symptoms did you have? How long did it take for you to recover? @OROBTC if you are still having covid19 symptoms then I suggest first thing you need to do is don't panic. Stay hydrated, take medicine prescribed by doctor (please no self medication) and spend quality time b reading books or watching some season on Netflix. Get well soon.

Yeah.. two self-absorbed attention-whoring narcissist. This same Donald Trump has been the one saying alots of things about crypto, but i never blame such people like that because that's their own administration and they got to implement that base on thier personal approach which is away from the reality of what bitcoin or cryptocurrency is.
I am not a hater of either DJT nor EM.... there are far worse people out there than concern me far more... Regarding the "far worse people" are they in the room with us now?

What symptoms did you have? How long did it take for you to recover? My wife got it a day or so before I did, some 4-5 days after arrival to Lima. Maybe we got it at one of the airports or on the flight, we don't know. I had a mild fever (at one point it spiked to 102, a Peruvian thermometer...), then an hour or two later back to just a slight fever. Malaise. Mild headache. Sore throat for 2 days or so (took a local antibiotic, cleared that right up). No cough, no gut issues, no loss of taste or smell. Slightly dizzy / bad equilibrium / general weakness. Sick feeling! BUT, it was very different from the at least three cases of FLU I had when younger. With Flu, each time I had body aches, cough, could barely get out of bed, etc. COVID felt completely different. I am about 97% back now (say, two weeks after first symptoms). I did bump my forehead one night at 3:30 AM when strength and equilibrium failed me after using the toilet. So, if anyone gets what they think might be COVID, be careful! My wife is back at 100%. Moi? I'm just going to hide under the bed for the next couple of days and do as little as possible. EDIT: WatChe, I'm pretty much done with the symptoms other than the typical relative weakness that many get from after COVID "goes away". YES, staying hydrated is also important, good point.
