It seems like the big guys who own exchanges are pretty confident that the last quarter of this year is going to bring a massive increase in the price of Bitcoin. I suspect they must know something we don’t, as this is a strange time to be feeling extremely bullish. I would agree that we’re nearing the bottom though as far as a timeline. If the 4-year cycle is to persist, I’d want to be heavily invested in BTC come the end of the year.

Not at all, fundamentally BTC should be going up when printer goes Brrrr and go down when they try to restrict the money emission. Speculators that treat BTC as a "risk-on" asset are the ones pushing it up now, and we all know what they'll do once market turns downward again

The fed winding down their balance sheet seems to be a myth according to the market. It looks like assets are back to rising on bad news in expectation of the fed reversing course and issuing more stimulus. We’ll see if the fed chooses a market crash or more inflation, but with the dollar’s recent strength I’m betting on more printing. Fundamentally that’s good for Bitcoin.
