Every new episode of House of Dragon getting better each time.
I love how things are getting more and more intense slowly and consistently.
Phenomenal show.
Bla bla bla bla. I'm utterly flabbergasted with so much nonsense. Rotten tomatoes audience score RoP: 38%. HoD: 84%. This only proves RoP is the better show. The same like 99% of the Earth population still can't appreciate enough Bitcoin. This doesn't make fiat better in any way.

Mexico Will adopt Bitcoin as Legal tender.
So it'll get to US doorsteps. Interesting... Now let's see when will this get real, actually. I hope the US won't start to divide the world into "climate friendly" and "climate hostile" countries and base politics on that. Remember, we've seen this already in the past, for example the "axis of evil". The "Currency of drugs, money laundering and terror"-approach didn't seem to work too well. Ecouraging PoW would be "climate terrorism" then, i guess. The public is so dumb, people will swallow everything to keep up their inner urge to argue against something, just to be distracted from their poor, deeply hurt and insecure selfs. This seems much more esoteric than it really is, mainly because of the wording

So I have high hopes that this kind of strategy will not work.

This seems much more esoteric than it really is, mainly because of the wording You do have a valid point, but this "climate terrorism" should also be not too difficult to debunk, especially nowadays, when mining is no longer mainly in China. So I have high hopes that this kind of strategy will not work. As a critical thinking person, which you seem to be, there are other dynamics in effect to create an opinion. For the ordinary human, it's a matter of effort. So if the regime in control uses various channels (mostly audio/visual media and directed speech) to put the message "climate terrorism" on a regular basis with short intervals, 80% of the people will just swallow it as if it was a proven fact. These "facts" create memes (not internet memes, but like virally spreading opinions) that are hard to eradicate. For the sake of example, the commom meme "doing sports regularly is healthy" was debunked already hundreds of times, and corrected to "doing mild exercise regularly is healthy", while sports turned out to do more harm to body physique, mostly joints and cardiovascular system, and exercise helps to prevent the latter. Still, most people think that doing sports is healthy. Memes like this were (and still are) repeated often enough that they continue to be perceived as "truths", regardless if debunked or not. Some more examples for memetic proverbs that are no more than bullshit: "What doesn't kill you makes you stronger" "True love waits" ... i could go on here. There's also another dynamic, that an individual takes over opinions without questioning by (personally, emotionally) close individuals. We weren't able to be manipulated so much by our parents or girl(friends) because we were young, but because we were connected personally, emotionally to them. They need somebody to look up to and then they will take over his/her opinion(s) willingly. You might be tempted to think about "Influencers" here, and you're 100% correct. Voters would make another great example, as most tend to stand by any decision of the person they voted for, even if the original reasons for the vote were directly opposite. Or like with fandom, when fans defend their idols, even if they clearly made errors that conflict with the ethical mindset of their fans. So let's hope our big brothers won't even try to start to give birth to memes like "climate terrorism".

Closer Look: Today's UpdateYou beat me to it. We have broken that trend line, as well as the 50 day MA I think. Not the first time on the latter, though it feels good to be up above it.

You do have a good logic in this and I admit that my expectations from people reading correct information from correct sources is unrealistically big. Still, please don't break my enthusiasm; let's hope together you didn't give any ideas to "big brothers".

So it'll get to US doorsteps. Interesting... Now let's see when will this get real, actually. I don't expect this to happen overnight. I don't know how much power she holds as a Senator. According to the Google. Mexico has 128 Senators, and she is one of them. If most of the Senators agree with her, it will be possible. The President of the Senate in Mexico is Olga Sánchez Cordero. I would be more than confident if I heard something from her too. Anyways, Best Wishes to Mexico. Make it Orage BTC

I am getting a mild tingling in my jibbity bits.
Google will give you a horrifying diagnosis, in case you wanted to feel bad today. Called it. I guess saying "This is not financial advice" does not protect you from the punishments of giving bad financial advice. JUST IN: 🇷🇺 Russia to allow international trade in #Bitcoin and crypto "for any industry without restrictions" - Head of Financial Policy at Ministry of Finance Source: Bitcoin MagazineAll of a sudden Putin needs to invest in Bitcoin... Hmm. Sold some nukes and packing for a long vacation in El Salvador? How do you feel when you see the green light up again. Cut out the shitcoins We not into that Shitcoin is a shitty coin... But more Bitcoin is more pleasing to the eye Fixed.

Me neither. There are so many steps to pass, there are so many places the opposition can make this fail or get delayed, ... this is how the laws go from idea to reality (or to oblivion). For now we can be happy for the news and... wait. BTW, @NeuroticFish, Congrats For reaching the 5K Merit Club.
Thank you for getting me (exactly) there. Luckily I managed to make a print screen before OutOfMemory took me to 5001

Still, please don't break my enthusiasm; let's hope together you didn't give any ideas to "big brothers". Don't shoot the messenger On the other hand, i admit when it comes to normal people's common sense, i always expect the worst. As of ideas, i think there is no idea not spun by the government's spin doctors already, but yeah, i hope so too. Some countries of Africa should follow the adoption of Bitcoin as a legal tender, too, and i have read about regulation drafts in the EU yesterday, without details though. Luckily I managed to make a print screen before OutOfMemory took me to 5001 Sorry, i was reading his reply after sending the sMerit. Your avatar read 4998 or 4997 at that time. Close one
