I would like a way to reduce clutter on the site and if i recall correctly the ignore button does the trick.

On the other hand, I miss the lateral, witty humor of this thread.
Even the dickpics
Even the private part sunning.
Even the happy people postcards.
(slighly reworded just to make google serch a little bit more difficult).

Merit shower to he quotes the appropiate messages.

Edit: as @xHomerx10 notes, images might not be displayed because of the imgur debacle. But post are still there (pretty sure the infamous dickpic has been deleted thou)

Next year maybe, for now it'll do just fine.
So, I have decided to give the car some love.
a new generator 170 USD (the bearings in the old one is starting to make noise), two new fan belts, 16 USD, 4000 lumen LED lights for the hi beam, 32 USD, two "new" front tires (from the scrap yard, 80 USD for both, including putting them on and balancing), a wheel side and a plastic cover for the radiator fan, also from the scrap yard, 17 USD.
And a delicious meal, 1 sausage, mashed potatoes and shrimp sallad and a Pucko with that, and for dessert a cup of coffee and a cinnamon bun, 4 USD.

Look I have been here a long time the forum is more of a place to sell your signature then anything else.

It has become that, but it wasn't always that way, and IMO it's sad that it has become this way.

The fact that the most annoying, spammy, most-often-blocked characters seem to agree with your thinking should tell you something.

It should tell everyone something about the dodo you reference, but I'll leave it at that.

BobLawblaw, you've really done the top prank of the year. The prank award of the year goes to BobLawblaw. I would always support JJG no matter whoever oppose him because I have seen him being very generous and that's more than enough for me to respect and support him. I'm among the first ones who voted "NO" in that thread because I wasn't sure that the thread was a joke only, but I did my best to favor JJG as anyone else would do who knows JJG for sometime. WO thread will continue to evolve and JJG will always be the role model of it. That's what I want and that's what we all want.

Seems like $26,000 is the new steady-state price... For how long? "Please, Bitcoin, do something!" etc., etc.

It always locks on round numbers. Must be human psychology. Would be interesting to see the price lock at $26,450 for a change. Or, even better, lock at $264,500.

(Most) folks just tend to be drawn to simplicity.
I confess, me too. "Buy and hodl" is my favourite  

Back in the early days, I used to set limit prices based on the digits of Pi or other math constant. Like $314.159. It was fun to spot the transaction as it went through in the order book. Now I just do round numbers like the rest of us.

PS: This could even be an OPSEC issue I guess (but I bet there are many more OCD types out there)...

About a year ago, Bitstamp disallowed placing orders that use cents, and therefore we ONLY get round numbers and no decimal places with them.  Personally i don't like that decision of theirs.
