Denver? I think I can see the Lizzahd people hiding underneath the floor.

No vacation that includes Starbucks can be considered a HODL vacation though. Might as well have some avocado toast in that picture as well. Back when I was coining, we’d go on long walks for a vacation and drink only rainwater found accumulated in puddles.

We all need to get out the airport… though we had to wait for a friend who was on another plane….
So Starbucks was ok to wait for him….

Naaaaah not Denver
We go some place with style …

Denpasar, Bali, Indonesia

 Son of a B!
I was just getting ready to post some proof that the location was Indonesia... I'll do it anyway Smiley

https://talkimg.com/images/2023/09/15/6TeIH.jpeg

I still haven't figured out which Starbucks it is though.  The Dude said it was at an airport but those snake plants are throwing me off... I can't find them at an airport Starbucks in Indonesia.

I couldn't track him down either. I'd place him in Indonesia. Assumed he was in Bali International Airport. Hopefully The Dude has brought some shorts with him... 30Degrees and 80% Humidity at 5:47pm, would be uncomfortable in those track pants.

Also if anyone noticed, the word BALI is in the reflection in the background mural..... Could be a "Welcome to Bali" mural/cover.

I think I've spend enough time trying to find an updated image to confirm location.

EDIT: FOUND HIM!!!!!!!!

I was right.. Bali International Airport.

This makes sense once you realize that the agencies tasked with regulation and oversight can't even decide what is and what isn't a security even as they decide to charge you with selling a security without a licence.

I think Binance comes out of this relatively unscathed with lessons learned for all involved.

Soma

Very well said! The regulators are still pretending to be in a crypto wild west. Although personally, I believe they are in a regulations wild west.

To play a devil's advocate, the fact of regulating would automatically add legitimacy to the asset. You cannot fight/ban/(deny ETF of) an asset that you yourself "regulate". They cannot regulate and claim something is being manipulated at the same time. While there's no clear signal from above (whether to embrace or fight BTC) market will quietly decide for them which suits me just fine. Slow and steady, tick tock...

regulators set confusing and difficult rules on many things and they have been doing it for many years.

Nothing new here.
Whenever one wants to control something unilaterally many very difficult and annoying systems are created.Controlled in this same way in the past, still does and will do in the future.I totally agree with you.

FTX approved to liquidate assets
FTX a bankrupt cryptocurrency exchange has been granted court approval to liquidate $3.4 billion in crypto assets including Solana Bitcoin  and Ethereum  and more. This approval allows FTX to sell, stake and hedge these assets to repay its creditors despite two objections. Judge John Dorsey has given the green light for the assets to be liquidated for creditor repayment.

Be careful

The assets that are signaling a crash are these.
• Solana
• Bitcoin
• Ethereum
• WBTC
• WETH
• USDT
• XRP
• STG
• APT
• BIT
https://watcher.guru/news/ftx-gets-court-approval-to-liquidate-3-4-billion-in-crypto-assets

In the long term, everything on this list except Bitcoin are classic shitcoins, regardless of whether they are cryptocurrencies, tokens or stablecoins. Apart from that, of the $3.4 billion that is being talked about, there is only slightly more than $500 million worth of BTC, so I don't see why some 1900 BTC that will be sold would signal a crash?

A company that dealt with shitcoins, headed by a little bastard who screwed up everything he could, will try to get away with selling shitcoins for a couple of billions - and the biggest fools are those who will buy those same shitcoins - I guess the same ones who have also lost money in that CEX.
I think this is done by a design And it is a conspiracy.500 million dollars in spite of slightly more BTC planned This is the main reason why 1900 BTC would indicate a cross. It seems to me that this is a ploy by those in control to boost the dollar. As part of this plan, they are trying to escape by selling these currencies and creating interest in buying them to create a volatile environment.I agree with your point that people who buy these coins are living in fool's paradise.

How can BNB still be worth so much after all that carry on this year?

Surely it should be way down the top 100 shitecoins list.

Market cap of $32 billion. How is this possible?

Shitcoins are truly shit.
