OT: I have been on a vacation at the adriatic coast. Knowing about clear nights and a deep horizon with medicre light pollution, i decided to take my old equipment with me, an astro-modded DSLR with a fast, manual wide angle lens. While fighting off moscitos as good as i could, wrapped in jeans and hoodie, stressed by the soon awaited rise of the moon, i managed to get 12 x 15 seconds of the saggitarian arm of the milky way banned on memory card. My place was a little over the sea level, so i had to sacrifice a lot of detail and sharpness to humidity. However, the final result, with some Photoshop tricks, was good enough to get saved to the archive. (click to zoom) EDIT: And yes, the beautiful beast was pretty visible for the human eye, too. That's beautiful! Don't fret over the mosquitoes; get some DEET or better yet if you can find it, picaridin - it works great, wont dissolve (melt) your nylon Adidas shell onto your forearm (true story), it's odourless and non-greasy unlike DEET.

Matter Labs wants to get more people involved in their project called zkSync, which is the technology for making blockchain more efficient and secure. They're starting a program called the ZK Fellowship, where they'll pay teams to help them with this project. It's like a virtual internship that lasts for 4-6 months.
If you're good at technical stuff and have ideas or skills related to zkSync and blockchain technology, you can apply for this program. It doesn't matter hoe you are they just need skilled people.
Suggested topics: <snipped mumbo jumbo technical terms that no one knows wtf they mean> and other
For apply and other details: .....
What? No shitcoin token air drop? Are they accepting applications from scammers?

In New Jersey I can get it back to my house in under an hour so it reduces gamey taste.
Gamey taste is from adrenaline. The way to not get that taste is a quick kill, the longer an animal suffers and fights the more adrenaline it extrudes into the meat.

Are those hogs good to eat?
Not at all. Best to leave their carcasses to be picked clean by the vultures. Takes 'em about two days... I suppose the processing part is a shit ton of labor, requiring the tools and know how, so yeah, I can totally understand just leaving the carcass and let nature do the rest. On a side note, there is whole cottage industry of You Tubers who make videos dedicated exclusively to hunting, shooting and/or trapping/processing into meat these invasive vermin. ...Because of course there is. I click on them more than once in awhile anyway. Good entertainment. Just one of many great channels ---> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jYkJ-NesQJY

The possibility of such a thing happening again because it is said in some news reports that Hong Kong opened a crypto exchange license ahead of retail trading and it has been supported by China even though we know they are one of the most vocal countries against crypto especially for bitcoin. On the other hand there seems to be another intention because we know from several cases that occur when China moves in regulation then they always do the same cycle when the legalization then what happens afterwards is to ban again. but btw even though China has banned crypto, they are still one of the countries with the largest cryptocurrency market in East Asia in 2022 even though there is a ban there. https://www.scmp.com/tech/policy/article/3196781/chinas-cryptocurrency-market-still-among-worlds-strongest-despite-beijings-crackdown-trading-miningWhoazza!!!! Now here is an even more substantial and seemingly serious answer that is actually "taking [Gachapin] seriously" #nohomo, I hope. That's gotta be worth something? (please note, this here question is a rhetorical question.)Hahaha am I being too serious here? hey bro I'm not too happy with this guys face lol It's a perfect fit at least SBF and Fierza both have the same power in the crimes and manipulations committed. wtf

Gamey taste is from adrenaline. The way to not get that taste is a quick kill, the longer an animal suffers and fights the more adrenaline it extrudes into the meat. For years I got my moose meat from a friend who is an aboriginal Canadian (here we call them First Nations) so he didn't have to worry about any silly seasons or hunting licenses. He is also an expert sniper. To get that nice clean kill you're talking about he rappelled with a limbing saw down a cliff to remove a small tree that was impeding the view from his blind to a place where moose came to drink around dusk. He'd set up his tripod and rifle and scope and wait for a moose to come to drink. He invariably harvested the moose with a single shot through the brain. The animal would drop on the spot with its head in the water to wash away the blood while he packed up his equipment and drove his quad runner (ATV) down to the moose. He would immediately winch the carcass up to bleed it and gut it and then quarter it with his chainsaw. It would take him 4 trips with the quad to haul the moose quarters to his truck on the highway. It would still be warm when he got it into the meat locker at the reserve where it would hang for a week or so. Then it was professionally butchered, freezer wrapped, labeled and deep frozen. It was never gamy tasting. In fact because moose meat is so lean, I usually barded it with beef fat and most people couldn't tell it wasn't beef. One time we had a semi-vegetarian guest for dinner and my GF warned me she might not even eat any meat. She asked me what was for dinner and I said "pot roast". I was surprised when she asked for not only a second helping but also a third. She said it was the best beef she'd ever had. When I said it wasn't beef she almost fainted until I told her it was natural hormone-free moose meat humanely harvested. She said it was the best meat of any kind she'd ever tasted. It's all in the kill.

Some 'hotheads' keep talking about $5-10 mil bitcoin in 10 years (2033). I did some calculations:
1. Bitcoin will be $1.58 mil in 2033 if it goes up 50%/year (on average). 2. Bitcoin will be $27.14 mil in 2033 if it goes up 100%/year on average.
If counting from late 2011 (btc at $2), bitcoin went up roughly 2.25X a year (125%). If counting from Sept 22, 2013 (btc at $133), bitcoin went up roughly 1.7X a year (70%)
Therefore, if bitcoin does a repeat of the last 10 years exactly, it would be $5.34 mil in late September 2033.
I like the numbers. It is hard to believe that it is possible, but it is. All it takes is for btc to exactly mirror the last 10 years in appreciation. "Nothing" special.
If not in our universe, then in some that is almost identical to ours, imho.

or it does not current market cap = 550 million to 600 million 5.34 mill x 2 = 10.68 million 5.34 mill x 20 = 106.80 million 5.34 mill x 200 = 1.068 billion 5.34 mill x 2000 = 10.68 billion 5.34 mill x 20000 = 106.8 billion 5.34 mill x 200000 = 1.068 trillion 5.34 mill x 2000000 = 10.68 trillion 5.34 mill x 20,000,000 = 106.80 trillion market cap in 10 years. not sure seems too good to be true. in theory the 2013 dollar now needs to be 1.32 https://www.usinflationcalculator.combut I think that is not that accurate.
