Bitcoin miners are waiting for the big Halving, now the reward is lower, so joining forces is a good action on their part? They are expressing it:

Bitcoin miners Hut 8, USBTC prepares for halving with merger into new company

Leverton was the former CEO of Hut 8.

Leverton stated:

    “We are excited to move forward and continue growing, with a pipeline of greenfield and brownfield opportunities, integration across the mining value chain, leading operational leverage and expertise, and diverse and uncorrelated fiat revenue streams.”

Asher Genoot, President of New Hut, emphasized the new company’s focus on efficiency that would strategically position it for the upcoming BTC halving.

Genoot remarked:

    “New Hut is laser-focused on driving efficiency and improvement across our spectrum of operations to ensure that we are well positioned and uniquely nimble as we approach the halving and beyond.”

In September, Hut 8 obtained definitive approval to merge with USBTC from the Canadian Supreme Court of British Columbia after initiating the development in February.

Many say that Hlaving will leave many miners in bad shape, that the rewards will not be enough, perhaps we will see more collaborations between miners as a force.

We can't stop following what bitcoin ETFs can mean:

Every day appears to bring us closer to a Bitcoin Exchange-Traded Funds (ETF) with financial institutes, including BlackRock and Fidelity Investments, currently in the midst of submitting applications to the Security and Exchange Commission (SEC).

According to minutes published yesterday, representatives from BlackRock and Nasdaq met with the SEC on November 20th, 2023, to discuss a revised proposal.

And while SEC chairman Gary Gensler said this week he would not “pre-judge” any proposal, this feels the closest a spot Bitcoin ETF has come to reality in all of the years it has been discussed, with some analysts predicting a verdict in January 2024.

The Important thing About this is that when it comes to Doing things Better , it can be seen that ETFs are key for all of them to be Approved , the halving + Approval of BTC makes Bitcoin Reach an ATH thats surprises us.

After Uptober and Morevember we embark on a new month with a new AYH.

Hopefully the uptrend intensifies. We need to put a reinforced concrete roof and hurricane-proof windows and doors on our new, bigger house in Mexico. Labor is much cheaper there but the materials are only a little cheaper. We'll have to sell some corn in early January.

Luckily one of my main OTC Bitcoin exchanges also owns a chain of foreign currency exchanges. Bitcoins for pesos, nice and clean, no governments, best rates.

Sure feels like we’re going to end the year above $40,000. I’d be surprised if we didn’t at this point. The market has been steadily rising for over a month now with no signs of slowing down. Pretty exciting considering we’re still a year away from when the market should be lifting off. I think we’re still just recovering from the FTX fraud.
