I would love seeing Binance and Coinbase delisting Bitcoin. It'd be way too fun.
The price would absolutely plummet. I can’t say watching my net worth nosedive would be ’way too fun.’I guess if I was a lowcoiner or nocoiner my view would be different though.

My Strawberries have been coming in this last week and there's not much better than walking out in your yard and grabbing a handful.
Store bought doesn't hold a candle to fresh off the plant.
Especially fresh off a wild strawberry plant. So small, so sweet, so full of flavor. Those huge pulpy billiard-ball-sized commercially grown things are an insult to real strawberries. Same goes for wild blueberries.

meh i just sleep through those net worth nosedives i barely notice em now Same for me, but mostly because of the time passage...it doesn't matter much. I am prepared for most scenarios, i would think. That said, after certain age, you are becoming more focused on things like family, health, etc and less on the value of your stash. I do not get the current obsession with AI, even though it is sometimes useful. I am of an opinion that we give too much to our brain helpers: you can get everything from the Internet, so you don't need good memory or internal knowledge; you can get direction from the Maps app, so you don't use your sense of direction, etc, etc. Soon, we would be kind of dumb people surrounded by gizmos, then we would probably lose our "toys" and be just dumb people, but then, over 10000 years we might become "smart" again. An original "Dune" scenario.

Sounds as much like an "Idiocracy" scenario. Your knowledge is a precious thing. Use it or lose it.

Yeah, but in "Dune" people fought gizmos, which is one possible path so far, I would think... ...in "Idiocracy", people grew "dumb" because, according to the movie, "dumb" people had more children as a primary cause of that development. This still might happen too, plus, we have decreasing fertility, T levels, etc, etc.

It might, but on temporary basis, according to Bob Loukas, who advocates just hodling: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_CnqmvQ70uoTL;DR Most likely-consolidation until Aug-Sep with 70Kish high and 60K (or about) low, then move up in one or two waves with an uncertain high: either 130K or mid 200ds. A spike down to 52K is possible, but unlikely. Two possibilities for the eventual peak: either around May 2025 and/or October 2025 (it could be 130, then 90, then 200ish in Oct). This is, basically, what I can recall.
