......... I tore through the screen door because I forgot I had closed it behind me and couldn't see in the dark.   Stupid nylon screens!

You gotta settle down your little selfie without getting overly excited and end up recking yourself in the process.

I know.. I know.. colors (and perhaps sounds?) in the sky is very CCCCCCCCCCCCCiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiitttttttttttttttttttttttteeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!!!!!!!!!!!!!!   But still.

It seems to me that part of the win should be staying in the game - just saying... don't go walking off some cliff... do they have those in Canada?

Getting back to focusing on dee cornz might be MOAR safer, since it is virtual.. and also magical in its own ways.

Thanks JJG, I'll try to calm down but I think it had more to do with being groggy having just dozed off on the couch.
We have lots of cliffs and, closer to home, bluffs.  I visited the northern tip of PEI one year - it's the windiest place in Canada and on a huge cliff.  You have to be careful there because it's easy to get excited if you spot seals in the water way down below and you want a better view - fortunately the prevailing winds tend to blow you away from the edge.  Actually I drove around the whole Island over a couple of days... it's pretty much all cliff with the occasional beach and oh, NB if you go after Sept 1st, nothing is open... literally nothing.  I don't know how they survive on earnings over a couple of months of summer but I'm guessing pogey?  Ah the island life.  They might not be the best cliffs in the world, but we have some of the best names - I also visited one out in Alberta when my eldest niece was born called, "Head-Smashed-In Buffalo Jump" - makes it clear to stay back from the edge anyway... at least if you're a buffalo.

Seems like maybe they’re having difficulty getting everyone their payouts for whatever reason. Hopefully this means a lot of claims are going unclaimed, leaving more funds than expected so we can all get a future payout once they do get everything distributed. That would be a nice little surprise down the line.

Hey I periodically check my processes maybe once or twice a year to make sure they are intact. I decided today to check my process steps to access my private key. Well one of the steps decided to not work the way it was supposed to. Luckily it was recoverable and was able to proceed to the next step. So just word of warning, if you haven't checked your processes recently go do it. Glad to have peace of mind for another while.

something something uptober, i prefer up24sofar tbh  Grin

Something interesting...MSTR is up 14% today while bitcoin is up 6.2%.
Overall, MSTR owns 15.85 bil worth of bitcoin, almost all on borrowed money (spent 9.9 bil), but has a valuation of 42.26 bil, which is 2.67X their bitcoin value.

Essentially, at the current MSTR price, it would be at NAV when btc is at $167.6K.
Therefore, does MSTR, in fact, point to a current "expectation" of the near term btc price?
Maybe, but 2.67X is somewhat crazy...maybe someone is gamma -squeezing it's stock?

Perhaps the best play would be to own bitcoin and 'short" MSTR using 2Xbearish MSTR ETF (MSTZ).
This ETF completely crated lately, perhaps indicating a bargain?
In any case, imho, it could be used for hedging your long btc position and nothing else, essentially.

Not an investment advice!

I would be very careful shorting MSTR.  I agree its overly heated up, and a short tern play might work... but when Bitcoin takes off MSTR is going with it.

Also not investment advice as I have no idea what I am talking about.
