I'll raise my glass to it, but if you look at the RSA, we are plateauing aka not in a similar position to two prior bull pops.
It could bend upwards, of course, but to me it looks like many 2010-2012 OGs are happy to sell into an institutional buy around 100K, sometimes making 10000-100000X on their initial investment.
I assume that they part with a portion, but that is enough to have the market in balance, at least for now.
Honestly, it is a little bizarre as to why pick up 100K and not, say 200K or a million, but I guess it is a game of round (and very large) numbers.
Someone invested, say, $10K at $1 in 2010 and now it is a $ billion and they want to secure the $$ to leave a legacy/dynasty kind of funds, perhaps?
Or maybe they are exchanging to ETFs?

How hard is being to break the 112k barrier.

I still remember my comment a few weeks or months ago i dont remember exactly, where i said we are seeing the 120k avenue pretty close and we are reaching it, seems like we have some protestors in the middle of our road  Grin Grin and our bus has to take a detour and we are now again seein the 120k avenue from other view.

Yep, this one works.
What language/lib are you using to generate the images, by the way?

It's Perl and GD, basically. There are many fine languages out there but Perl has just about any library you could want and half my projects seem to involve copying an old project and repurposing parts of the code.

Nice. I've got a long history with Perl. Started using it after shell scripting wasn't sufficient anymore. In the end i was using it for everything in *nix and for web/cgi coding.
It's a language of its own, and i still favor it over many others.
I assume you are familiar with Perl Poetry, too?  Cool

Quite simple. Imagine almost all serious buying is carried out with the help of miners and OTC, while OG's are selling on spot markets.
It's asshole's party, but it will be over some day, maybe pretty soon. But consider, the rise is just delayed, to the advantage of the off-market buyers, unfortunately.

Exactly...so we could be plateauing into October-November; it seems unlikely, but would be totally OK for me.

Pump please, Market Maker Ser!

Fingers crossed, because if that move can happen, I'm happy that today and tomorrow the price could reach around $115k.

Bitcoin Primed To Hit New All-Time High Soon Enough, According to Fidelity’s Global Macro Analyst Jurrien Timmer – Here’s Why

Quote
“With both liquidity improving per the global money supply and the stock market reaching new highs, it’s no surprise that Bitcoin is on the move again. Both Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde are being supported for now, and Bitcoin should be at new all-time highs soon enough if this momentum continues.”

Quote
Lastly, the analyst says the Sharpe ratio is now starting to favor BTC over gold as a better return on investment. The ratio was created by Nobel laureate William Sharpe and is designed to show the amount of return an investor could potentially get for enduring the volatility of a risky asset.
