I called the top.  I was mocked for it.  I was right.  Now they are mad.   Cheesy
You called a maybe local top, that is nothing important. Don't over inflate your alleged achievement.  Smiley

So I think the flaw in your logic here is you began by saying nobody and I answered saying that's not true and I can answer that way because I happen to like him.

But you were originally responding to something said by a single user.

That user tends to speak derisively when someone starts saying bearish things here. He's famous for it, in fact But not only that, he also has a penchant for using royal pronouns, and will speak for all of us every now and then, even though that might be a little over the top sometimes.
Now I get my flaw then, because JayJuanGee is so active and writes a lot here I thought he represented the majority opinions on things going on in WO. My apologies, I need to read more. I hope ya'll apply the no stupid questions philosophy or some of us newbies are cooked otherwise.  Cheesy

You might be right that in many things he does represent the overall thoughts here fairly well.  But... He is also the only member of this group who has a designated day on which we can tell him to fuck off. I can't remember what day that is and I'm not usually wanting to say it anyway.

And on the other hand, Mr. Nasty is currently kind of poking the bear here, or the bull maybe I should say, and his popularity, so to speak, may be at a local bottom.

It's just the word "nobody" is very black and white.

It does look like we rejected off the former support level from earlier in the week. That’s not good. Still seems to be in a short term up trend so we will see what happens today. I would really like to see Bitcoin rally but remain skeptical.
Trying to act like you are still "one of us."  hahahahahaha
Nobody likes him, is my understanding correct?

I think you are all trying to act like you are one of me would be the more accurate statement.  I correctly speculate on the Bitcoin price, most people here just say it's going up and then lose 70% of their money every 4 years...

I said everyone would hate me when I turned bearish at the top in spite of me trying to save them from losing massive amounts of their net worth.  The fact that I was able to predict the emotions of people in this thread on top of the Bitcoin price is hilarious to me.  However, there are mentally ill people in this thread who think that the Bitcoin market hangs on our every word and me being bearish somehow effects the price, so they irrationally hate the only person who told them the truth about where the price was headed.

I called the top.  I was mocked for it.  I was right.  Now they are mad.   Cheesy

I get it to some extent.  I'm clearly trolling the idiots like yourself and JJG.  Nice people think I'm talking to them and being an insufferable bear so for those of you in that camp, I truly apologize.  In reality, I'm sure I still hold far more BTC than most in this thread.  I want the price to go up, I just don't deny reality when it slaps me in the face.

Hey, i didn't mock you, and the top was only the top so far  Grin
We all know it's all meaningless when we zoom out.

You are still in denial.  That's ok.  Someday you will admit you made a mistake and wish you listened to me.  You will sell everything at the bottom and rage quit.  I will still be here next cycle (God willing).

One bone I have to pick though is the idea that not selling the top means that you lose money.  I agree if one can be a disciplined and accurate trader that one should make moves that line their pockets one way or the other.

...I understand that the point is I've lost potential gains, but at least for me, that type of thinking is very poisonous.

I totally agree with you.  Again, when I am trolling those who made fun of me for selling some at the top there are always those who take collateral damage.  Know that I love Bitcoin.  I love to speculate on Bitcoin.  I hold a significant part of my net worth in Bitcoin.  I don't love people who take shots at those who speculate on Bitcoin's price top in a Bitcoin price speculation thread, especially when they're wrong.  They are idiots and deserve to be trolled.  If I were wrong, I'd admit it.  They're wrong and lash out at me.  That's how you know they're both broke and not real men.

Hey, i didn't mock you, and the top was only the top so far  Grin

I never mocked you either bud.  I agree with you.  I have repeatedly stated that IF someone is going to need to sell BTC in the next 2 years, they would be better selling the 2025 top.  That shouldn't make folks so angry.

I am doing dollar cost average buys of $1,250 on the first of every month and $220 every Tuesday now.  How many others in this thread are doing that?  Am I really the enemy because I told people to take profits at the top in a price speculation thread?

And on the other hand, Mr. Nasty is currently kind of poking the bear here, or the bull maybe I should say, and his popularity, so to speak, may be at a local bottom.

I admit it and apologize to those who were collateral damage.  We are on the same team.  I'm just mocking the pretenders.

Coinbase executed an internal transfer of approximately 800,000 BTC, valued at $69.5 billion. Traders initially totally misinterpreted this move and sold their BTC.
HFSP weak hands.
Seems that the OGs (both whales and small minnows) are the ones selling which naturally just causes more selling... So much for hodling!

Stop trying to act like you know anything specific about the source of the selling, when you have hardly any clue and you are just exaggerating in order to spread some false narrative.

Yeah we have all kinds of folks trying to proclaim that the price is falling, and you want to join in on such nonsense?

The fact that so many people wanting the bottom to be in and saying that it is, makes me believe this gonna go much lower,

It is  why talking about the bottom is foolhardy.

I forbid all bottom talk until we pass 100.8k until then watch your coins. Hodl better yet stack some more and hodl.

it will last till JP Morgan and the Index do their rule...when was it Jan 15th, 2025?

if some sales happen because of it ...MOST BTC IMHO will be bought by the big banks or 'entities' that have enough wealth from traditional

banking for decades for it NOT to apply

IT is a way for traditional investment to shake some bitcoin out of the tree with fear/fud etc

Flows in on FOMO on such big players that are non-self-custodian funding and flows out on 'DOOM" when they need to show profit and

get the usual bonuses for 'management of assets' as such....they used to do such things with land up/down back and forth till it was made

illegal

with big $$$ in politics some of this stuff is still going show up as 'speed bumps' and just have to be jumped over as such

slowing down the adoption of BTC/Cyrpto in a manner that 'profits' traditional investment accumulation is the goal now

remember 66% of BTC in HODL is "NOT' centralized....so you can mine....or you can thwart/shake the tree/bemoan BTC and hope some falls out to

grab...IF as a big player you simply "BUY" and HODL without drama all that does is drive the price up and up with BTC

So these other methods will/are and shall be the norm as the 'powers that be' in finance try to knock that 66% of decentralized BTC percentage

down and get more and more on the cheap

rinse/wash/repeat

Anyway, by Feb 2026 we will be dealing with some other 'trickery' to get the majority of us to 'sell' Smiley

There is an 85–86% chance of a Federal Reserve rate cut at the December 2025 meeting, likely to be a 25 basis point cut.
