What if the "timeline" of a transaction is changed in the merkel root by an anonymous packet and the whole transaction is fucked "theoretically" and "conceptually"?

Random thoughts on April 1:

1. I am no luddite, but what do we need quantum computers with millions of quibits for?
Will this increase our prosperity or, instead, bring even more chaos into this already chaotic world.
A knowledge for the knowledge's sake-I was a proponent of this..not sure now. Maybe, I simply want just a tiny bit more stability.

2. Similar thoughts about AI..why are we rushing like a mad man into all of it?
I fail to see the end game here that would benefits us, the humanity as a whole.
That said, I see benefits here and there, but if it comes with decades of 10-20% (or more) unemployment, then, what's the point?

3. Perhaps it is all already written in the Encyclopedia Universica and embedded in the Block Universe (yes, there is such a concept), but still, sometimes I wonder why we mostly act as moth flying toward the flame.

I have a good story for you guys. I wanted to go to the Bitcoin conference in Vegas this year but damn everything related to travel is pretty expensive. So I was gonna do some kinda "buy my tokens" fundraiser which probably wouldn't have worked. But I got approached by a Solana dev who wanted me to endorse their version of SCAMCOIN, which is a token I created in 2014. In return I get "creator rewards." So I did it, it peaked at close to $90k (so farrrr.....), and voila wouldn't you know it, I raised the money I needed.

So I'm going to the Bitcoin conference this year... my first one. Woo hoo.
