I am conflicted:
Hang around 500 for a day until we finally stay above; or
Drop to 400, have my lowball bids filled, then come back up.

The only problem I have with a drop is that I want to see a short squeeze.

People can't log into bitfinex to close their shorts haha.. when they can price is going above 500...

Who is going to push the price up if nobody can log in?

If its people with API link, then I'm sure some of those are the shorters.

Sidenote: I feel another dump coming, just because people are crying for a short squeeze.

I think this is bull trap, I am not buying this "correction", I have my cash on the side waiting , I could buy now and still make profits but this market is not going to trick me one more time.

Looks like we stalled out at 490. I'm expecting a dump any minute.

More likely a pullback to 538 - 555. There things will get interesting.

Doubt it. There are people who did everything they could to take us down. They're not just gonna let it go back up again.

Oh, this pullback most likely would result in finding resistance and going down once again, so in this case your sellers won't disappoint you.

However,  it's nothing more than a long-shot guess.

Oh it is definitely going to trick you one way or the other, no way around it. For example right now the market may have tricked you into thinking this is a bull trap. Tongue

so..up, down or sideways for next 5 days?

Probably hover around $500-ish until early Sept. A few dips wouldn't surprise me, including one within the next 12 hours. Not going below recent low of $453 on Stamp, absent some terrible news.

Note the time of my post. Everything is unfolding just as I predicted.

Hehe that's cool man, I'm not against you just saying that no matter what you do the market can always trick you and fill you with regret. Happened to me countless times, especially at the beginning when I could have bought at $30 and was completely fooled by the market until I started buying in at $140 and higher and then the market fooled me again when it crashed to $50. Since then I've started to like the market and laugh at its jokes. Cheesy
