Sigh... I waited for this shorting opportunity like a hawk since the pump started. (I didn't want to go any "longer" than keeping 99% of the exchange fund in BTC but I find flash-crashes to be fun to short on leverage, for some reason, that's my thing, LOL  ) I decided to take a nap before I hit the road to visit some clients. And BAMM! There! Missed it! Now it's some work and a real sleep. It will be <400$ by the time I wake up next time OR >>425$ if I open a short here.  |

Not that surprising, for months on the way down from 800, there was a large dump around 5:00am EST almost like clockwork.
Yep, noticed the same thing... Anyway... Anyone that was wondering whether they should go all-in now has an even tougher decision to make. 'It's been super bullish, but why the big dump just now? But I WANTED cheaper coins so the dump is good right? Or is it good? Maybe someone will dump more? Maybe I will wait too long to make a decision and it will get pumped again?' I know what I would do. :O what would you do? Check my local exchange (again) to see if my fricken deposit has cleared yet. |

Glad to see you're finally warming up to technical analysis Well, I also created this article and a few others on spirituality, quack remedies, etc. Looking for" reasons " yet for this one?  Of course. My best guess at the moment is the "three billion hedge fund started trading on our platform" rumor. It is consistent with OKCoin being the leader, leaving even Huobi behind. But it may be TA, indeed: namely people expecting "the next bubble" because of the 5-year WorldCom extrapolation plot and/or analogies with 2011 or 2013. I.e. a case of self-fulfilling prophecy. |
