My branch of sgminer is one of the major branches. It’s distributed by hive os for example. Not malware at all. Please check.

I've unbanned you. That was entirely my fault for being too hasty/paranoid. Please accept my apologies.

No problem at all. Thanks for unban me.

Hi fine folks at Xaya,

With 2021 potentially being an amazing year for crypto I want to promote your project wherever relevant. I've been dropping your name in comments on Reddit and Youtube, but I realize it's been a while since I've properly updated myself on the status of the project.

Are you still working actively on Xaya and do you perhaps have any noteworthy plans or a roadmap for this year you could share? If would be great to see the project get some momentum. You most certainly deserve to be higher on the ranking with a higher market cap.

Thanks in advance!

How come gaming platforms keep on popping up in every crypto nook and cranny. Yet nobody is checking up or regulating them? It is high time these things are put under checks because of quality control

not sure about popping up, but we've been in the space since we released the first "blockchain game" (2013) and also Xaya (then Chimaera)was the first "gaming platform" you could say as well.

There is some regulation with regards to selling assets, issuing coins,  and all things like that.

A "different" thing about most xaya games are that the assets are generally acquired in a decentralised world through work (gameplay/time), just like bitcoin.

Yes. You read that right.

CHI ON ETHEREUM!

Yep. CHI is available Tuesday, April 6th as WCHI, an ERC20 token that you can trade on Uniswap.

Well, nice.

I have few questions, if you don't mind.

1. Regarding "Autonomous Worlds Ltd (EU registered Ltd), the company that maintains and develops the open source Xaya platform, will provide a swap for verified users."
Why only verified users? What prevents you from doing the CHI->WCHI swap automatically for everyone? Like if someone is sending CHI coins to a designated address, you automatically send WCHI to his ETH address? This is the way swaps are typically done - no need for user verification (or KYC) whatsoever!

2. I understand you will burn users CHI and issue WCHI from a reserve (“holding addresses”). That part is clear. However I am not sure how are you going to swap the WCHI to CHI when needed? CHI cannot be generated on demand, so... what? Will the WCHI<->CHI swap be just one directional, with no way to get CHI back?

3. What is the use for WCHI besides trading? CHI is a main token of the Xaya blockchain, which also holds the whole gameplay. So CHI can be used on that blockchain somehow. With WCHI it is not clear what could be done with it. What part of Xaya technology be used on Ethereum, and how?

Hey, thanks for the questions:

1. There is no automated trustless way to do this yet. That's the holy grail in crypto atm. The only solutions atm are trusted or centralized methods (or validator type complex setups, not decentralized)
It's easy to set it up automated in a centralized way, however for legal reasons they need to be verified.

2. no there is no burning. user sends chi to a public address when we ask them too (address is in a 3 of 5 multisig wallet), then we release WCHI to their eth address they provided (with a 3 of 5 multisig wallet). and same vice versa.

3. WCHI will then be available on in the ethereum ecosystem for trading on DEX (like uniswap) and also to be used in Xaya Games which run on Ethereum
Xaya platform is 2 parts - the Xaya Core blockchain and the game GSPs. These game GSPs can be designed to run on ethereum without much effort. The core Xaya chain is very simplistic and does everything we need, will always be there and that is where new coins are minted.

hope that helps

Anybody got some gauze to gulp? I am thirsty. What is the latest update to XAYA, is it alive or pretends to be? As a big-cocked guy I always pick out the best opportunities to invest I can find in the market. I take it u took it to uniswap, but should not that be deemed a necessity rather than a feature? My head is splitting apart from insubstantial crock I see, from ignorance and stupid expression on ur ashen face. Get me something to play with.

Human mining games = games where people do circular tasks, games, to make money.

Taskwork coins = coins where people do work of some sort, as part of a broader economy, to make money.

~

Taskwork coins can create millions of jobs.

A good direction for a coin like Huc or Chi is to create modular programs that can be added on to a basic taskwork core and allow anybody to create their own taskwork coin for all sorts of work.

~

It is one of the most lucrative paths for a coin, and it is a wide open niche that nobody has properly exploited yet.

The obvious progression from 'human mining games' to 'human mining taskwork' is probably the next big step in the economy, but the value is centered right now in coins that make smart contracts or do other trivial things which should be a very minor mechanical part of any economy.

Huc and Xaya have helped start the technology of human mining task work, which will be the basis for a real ai economy, as opposed to the 'software based' ai tools that Google and other corps promote, but which do not actually focus on real ai.

~

You have made various games for Xaya, why not make one program that steps up from 'game' to simple taskwork with parameters that would fit the needs of most simple taskwork projects?

So if somebody wants to have online people do x job they can say 'Xaya or whatever coin facilitates that, and can be set up quickly'

It is obvious in which direction the coin economy is heading. It will be a dangerous place soon, and the power should not be concentrated in transnational corps and melting pot interests.

~

As long as a taskwork coin's basic framework is open source and comprehensible to enough people, it is good as long as it is not a monopoly.
