*** What is the use of sending so many random sized transactions and not just one big or a few bigger transactions?
if Kraken fails or be hacked he will lose just fraction not all -if you don't hold it you don't own it Seemed to have contracted the problem.

Having some troubles in understanding the investment vehicle we have here. I have access to the system now finally, and see index and performance funds available. Ok good. I see capitalization of performance fund. However, that ammount does not correspond to the sum of "UNINVESTED ASSETS" listed. I calculate roughly 1.2M USD more than "ICNP net value". Neither can I see total number of assets available in both cases. I could guess from the price of performance.fund that there are 1M available? Also how many are there for index?
I think I have too many questions, so I wrote it down more structured:
ICN.performance: - Why does the sum ammount of "UNINVESTED ASSETS" differ from "ICNP net value"? Difference is roughly 20%, but is it subtracted from the beginning (Performance fee)? - How much assets in total are available? 1M? How can I see those numbers? - Basically when I buy this asset I invest in Bitcoin, Ethereum and Lisk, because those parts make the majority of total value, correct?
ICN.index: - How much assets in total are available? - What is total market capitalization of this fund? I can only see bundle structure, but no ammounts of investments. - How is the ICN.index price calculated? Based on total array capitalization divided by number of index assets? Then those numbers should be available.
ICN in general: - It seems, when investing in index and performance you double pay those assets (indirectly via ICO and directly via purchase). The ICO money partially is the total value of performance fund. Should it then better belong to ICO holders? I read about 20% so I was assuming to receive 0.2 ICN.PERFORMANCE per 1 ICN... - How does buying and selling work? Is it emitted by ICONOMI? Normally there should be buying and selling orders.
Hope this bothers not too much and someone can step up and clarify some of those points. Would be really nice. THX.

Literally the shittiest stock out there, everything else is +20% today, ICONOMI is -7%
look at recent ICOs and tell which is above BTC ICO price ? hmmmmmmm only ICONOMI ? Stratis is currently about 8x its ICO price. Stratis has been the most profitable and successful ICO if 2016 and funny its on no ones radar. Iconomi has been dissapointing, between false release dates, already march and still nothing when we were supposed to get the ball rolling in December and I suppose an index isnt a good thing when BTC and ETH are kings

You mixed up ICNP with ICNX.. ICNP: - Net value is $ value of uninvested and invested assets. - ICNP token are not tradable. 1M ICNP tokens are just a number to visualize and measure the fund performance. ICNX: - This is the "passive" index-based fund. Basically it tracks the performance of the underlying assets and is rebalanced on a monthly basis. When you buy ICNX, the platform buys the listed assets in the index based on their current weight. -ICNX tokens will be tradable on exchanges. -ICNX is calculated based on the price of its underlying assets ICN: - Buying ICN does not mean investing into any fund that is active on Iconomi platform. It does gives you a share of the profits that are generated on the platform. These profits include: 20% of ICNP realized profits 3% of money invested in ICNX (yearly, calculated every 6 hours) 0.1% on buy/sell ICNX on the platform fees from fiat proccessing (still not active) fees from every other fund that people will create on the platform (coming this year) hope it clears it up

ICN and ICNP I fully understand now. But I would basically buy 1/1M of the available assets. So the scenario could occur that no ICNP are available any more? With ICNX this means that proportions of underlying coins are bought when I buy ICNX. But can they be bought back from ICONOMI directly, cauz this means selling basically the underlying coins to the market... Also I wonder, if the particular wallets can be reviewed!

yes I have forgotten about that but Stratis was project that got 800BTC in total when BTC was at 600-800$ so initial investment there was like 500k market cap. Such market cap can be easy manipulated or moved up by investors who missed it out. I was more referring to projects with higher market caps where is more people involved like Lisk Waves SingularDTV. If you look at lets say stratis top at 14k sat and today 8k it is like -40% while ICONOMI have -50% from its peak. Abut that December start it could be disaster IMO because of security and testing. I agree they fucked up with ICNX start trading in December - I was pissed off I must say But once I have slept with that I realized that starting such thing in a month after ICO without hackerproof tests could lead to disaster. **** I suppose an index isnt a good thing when BTC and ETH are kings
So far those coins were rising so having them in index give a lot profits to ICNX holders. After rebalancing correction will be less painful for ICNX token holders. And this is + of having ICNX than solo those coins. ICNX index was desingned to consider from top currencies so I don't see anything wrong here.

It's a shame icn hasn't caught any of today's price rises. Why is this??
It is because it is not listed on Poloniex. I am criticizing Iconomi, just pointing out a fact. Most altcoin traders trade on Poloniex and so only trade coins listed there. Most would not go through the hassle of switching assets between Poloniex and Kraken just to make a trade on Iconomi.

You are right, the best altcoin exchange is definitely Poloniex, they don't trade on Kraken, Kraken is a fiat bitcoin exchange, not pumping for alts.

Based on the tweets I've seen between polo, rex, and ICN.

This way it didn't have a poloniex pump & dump on zero news and then always got remembered as "that coin" that had nothing going for it. Iconomi will have its day to shine soon though. I am polishing my space helmet as we speak.

Im glad ICN is not on Poloniex tbh. Fake pumping the price. ICN price has been relatively stable compared to most Alts... exactly what you need to ensure long term investment.
