Although in my country is very rare, but I chose to develop personally. I have some investment in car rental services, clothing stores, and e-cigarette (vaping). I just simply introduce to friends in business community and explained that I serve bitcoin payments.

I get a great appreciation of this, many people who want to learn about bitcoin because they can easily make transactions. They even want to invest their bitcoin to open my business branches in various cities. This is very fun.

What comes in my mind is throght bitcoin debit cards or selling locally the bitcoins and then invest these money like regular cash in real life.

I believe that investing bitcoins offline is more complicated rather than online becaus eof the simplicity.

I want to invest to offline business but not with agricultural business but for real properties or land properties. For me, it's more valuable and easy to earn if you do have a lot of lands and you are in a commercial place. It's better to invest to that type of business, the income is very passive so if you do have invested into it, the results is very good.

It also depends on where you use for business. Because sometimes there are some places that are less suitable for business and business is only suitable for agriculture. Indeed the House property and land business much more profitable, but it sometimes takes quite a long time to be trusted and be something big business if we don't have creative minds and innovation. i think buying and selling properties will be good if we are innovative and creative on marketing our properties but i dont think bitcoins will excell in this kind of industry since professional real estate broker will prefer fiat nor check rather than btc who's unknown to their knowledge.

Yes as of now, I am planning to build a small grocery store and i think that this kind of plan will work because in our area there is no grocery store available and most of the people here go to malls just to buy their grocery and now i can take advantage of that and make some money by building a near grocery store so the lazy kind of person will buy at my store and not to the mall.

Someone I know put alot of BTC into an offline business and at the end he had to fill a huge amount of papers and pay taxes. The issue is when you put your BTC into an offline business, the offline business is linked to your person. So, when inspectors come to you, you have to explain them where you bought that many things you have and they may not accept the reason "It is BTC and it is tax-free". In the end, anyone could say he bought his stuff with BTC that is why it is unregistered and tax-free.

There aren't massive selling bitcoin coins in real life and people prefers paper money, you can't change world from paper to bitcoin coins and there is no need of that. Because I'm not finding any feasibility of running offline business based on bitcoin payment system. It seems, we need to convert bitcoin and only with fiats we can build business and we can manage it.

If that is the approach then renting out/real estate/ lending kind of lot of offline business opportunities are available in almost every country. But I believe we must look for bitcoin based businesses because that only will boost bitcoin adoption which will help all the bitcoiners at another end.

It's not that bad if you will make an option to your business about bitcoin payments. It's your choice if you'll fully make your business as a total bitcoin accepting one instead why not try to make your business to be flexible. Since there are people that you are targeting whose not into bitcoins just make bitcoin payment as their choice. Just like those people that will be renting your houses, if they'll pay give them that choice.

Yeah we I have a lot of ideas to have on offline businesses that will be use for bitcoin money, like investing in a restautant business, grocery stores, purified water refilling stations, bakery and many more to choose. You can use your money exchanged from btc to be profitable aside from online business and actually you can establish a legitimate electronics repair shop using the profit you have from passive incomes you have from those businesses you have in the future and that's one of it's example.

True, gambling is really a hard habit to break and that would really need a solid conviction to quitting to really get rid of it. Investments however are not a sure thing and you will know this if you have been investing. No risk, no return. The higher the risks the higher the return and potentially the losses. Without exposing ourselves to risks then there is no point and no profit.

You can grow organic agriculture and as a method of payment put BTC also, if your government permits that.

It seems that many wants to invest in real business and with the way you want to invest it seems that's a unique one. If you'll start your business here in my country you've got a lot of competition already but still it's a matter of location where your business is established. I want to have this type of business together with some car rental services and agricultural ones.
