Yes, because Cryptopia delisted Sprouts few months ago (maybe about 3 months). They said that Sprouts wallet is not stable and crashing several times in a day. But, as far as I know, no one has this issue. So, I guess the reason was something other (I don't want to disclose it here).

You will have to wait a very very very very long time until it reach 11 sat ( if it even can reach that price ). If you are not satisfied, sell it on doge market, i think a lot of people will buy this "dead" coin
