Any fraud usage is punished by closure of the account (and also you've used the fraudalent obtained coins to increase the balance more and counting them as fair), we just offered you ability to continue betting honestly by keeping account active, which you denied.

Lets stop the discussion, as said before we won't change our decision.
If we wanted just to keep your coins, we could block account without any explanations, discussions and chats here as other sportsbooks do. But you will never see any feedback like that from our users, your case is the only one with this kind of issue. So any blames to us about "scam" that were brought before are empty and unfair.

As per the response from the Betopen owners that i got , i was able to infer that at the time the player made the stake/bet at the vary day the system(site) was having un-synchronized server timing , if you own a sportsbook then you would had known this that if the time-stamp is lagging in server then the slip still available after the required time. This fault generally occur and you can see the delay in feed if you know the time lag between williamhills and betfair , almost 10 sec gap, it could prove to be fatal if there is huge potential bet placed at that very instance.
never though i dont want to take you guys off the topic but yeah a time-stamp discover can be a potential reason why the player was so lucky that day, the amount here staked is not important but to save a credible platform.

i will suggest betopen to prove this with proper documentation that there was indeed a glitch.

Site is somewhat scammy , and I will tell you why

They advertise a 125% bonus up to 250 MBTC, however the bonus is near impossible to achieve.

Bonus requires a very reasonable 10X rollover, so far so good. However the bonus is near impossible to achieve.

Follow these steps to receive 125% bonus on your first deposit, up to mBTC 250:
- Register for an account with BetOpen;
- Make your first deposit;
- Place bets equal to your first deposit amount from your player account. Single bets must have a minimum odd of 1.80 to be accounted for bonus activation; parlay bets must contain at least one selection with a minimum odd of 1.80 to be accounted for bonus activation;
- Upon rollover completion, 125% bonus of your first deposit size will be added to your balance, available to withdraw.

So lets say you deposit 5 BTC, only bets 5 BTC or over will count towards your rollover. You would have to bet your entire balance on your first bet ( assuming they took a bet of that size on that market)
Even if you only deposit only 1 BTC, you would have bet balance on your first bet.

You could make 5000 bets at 500 MBTC and you would never achieve your bonus. They are certainly making a great impersonation of a website that never intends to honor their advertised bonus.

Sounds unethical to me. I have never seen that requirement in any sportsbook anywhere. They certainly do not promote that rule in their headlines about 125% bonus.

I am looking forward to BetOpen's response here as to why I am incorrect calling them out for an unethical promo.

I think you got it wrong mate, the bonus is capped at 250 mbtc, so why the hell you will deposit 5btc? 200 mbtc is enough for this, when you lose you can deposit again, to achieve the FDB. So it means, you only need to bet 2 btc in total to achieve this FDB.
It's okay since its their discretion for auch promotions, but it is certainly achievable,
The main thing here, is proving the guy who won huge amount of btc is not yet paid, and there is no proof that he cheated,
Another important thing is that, location and license to operate of the site is not disclosed.
So without this, I suggest users to avoid the site.

Of course the no-pay accusation is more important to the discussion. However, the misleading bonus advertisement is a sure sign of an unethical operation. Why would someone deposit more than 1/4 BTC, simply because they want to play many different games at many different amounts (like the true gambler they are seeking). This is how our deposit bonus system works. It counts first deposit and rollovers as stated in our T&Cs and bonus description pages, all are written clearly as other users mentioned. You can still make first deposit for 200mB and within a minute add another 2 or more btc, for example and play as much as you want with rollover counting by the system.
