In principle yes

'CACHE'Project == Non-standard solutions for POW-POS Wallets == POS and POW are separated (retarget(POW-15min, POS-10min) == A new algorithm for calculating
the difficulty (VALM-Cach(logical analysis, mathematically variable)) == Spam-Hash control function added == Subsidy algorithm modified (Inverted(min 40, max 80)).

Is Zen listing on Bittrex tomorrow? Or just rumor.

ZEN Slack general -channel has the following pinned:

Code:
UPDATE: Trading will most likely commence on @BittrexExchange expected
Monday morning 12.30 EDT to give everyone fair start with at least
8 hours notice.

That's supposedly around 9 hours 15 minutes from now.

Dump sounds great for us who haven't bought yet. The price is too high now anyway.

Hope difficulty drops as well..just remembering Hush (ex-ZDash). Got 32 Zdash on launch but it was minable with around 500 units per day with my setups some days later...

As long as I can not get the wallet to run on my Mac I am wondering if there is a paper wallet available for Zencash?

I bought some ZenCash Coins and I want to get it out of the exchange.

Given that tweet says that "There'll be ample notice for all time zones", to me it means there'll be an ample delay till we see it on Bittrex ... which would be inline with most of their activities regarding this launch. We can only hope it won't tank.

it might crash but who cares... Zen is new and needs some time... just keep in mind the tech is solid and ZEC is $237,- usd.... the equilibrium will balance out in Zen's advantage for sure

How do you actually argue that prediction as a sensible one? Genuine question. Some would argue that precisely because ZEC has grown so much in popularity (and value) due to the JP Morgan partnership and also HushPool adding it as the only altcoin for mining besides Bitcoin, then ZEC is predicted to grow steadily with less volatility, and that most z-derivatives would gradually die off. The tech being solid isn't necessarily indicative, what counts being the mood. Money makes money and the same can be said about trust/preference - the coins who got some attention will continue to attract more attention. I certainly don't want the market to end up dominated by 2-3 powerful coins, but these things have a liberal bias up to a point (miners will migrate towards what's more profitable at the moment, the plethora of penny traders buying what's more popular and stable, etc). What do you see as ZEN's potential to attract enough attention to change the community's mood and big players' trust/preference? The tech can't be the only thing -- plenty of coins have good and nice tech.

Miners will always follow profitability, this is right, but try to mine any coin that is listed in https://whattomine.com/ you will find out all coins have miners. Even forgont coins have supportive miners, who at lest traying to prolong inavitable..
ZEN is new and it is cheap alternative to ZCASH, im sure this can can be quite convincing for some people. By the way all this is nothing without support of comunity, team and community will lead it to succes.
JP Morgan partnership..This has only potential of exploit, PnD., endless game. Nothing more, and nothing good for investors.

(sidenote)
When Nicola Tesla tried to decentralize electricity with his wireless free energy for all J.P.Morgan stymied him down. JPMorgan has a negative sound in it. But I guess money is money.

The dev team has said that they are looking mainly at the asian markets for Zen. Anonymous messaging is a useful tool there also, without naming countries...

Interested to see how this coin pans out anyway in the long run.

I've made an alert page for when the BTC-ZEN market will open on Bittrex, if anyone needs it:

https://pexbit.com/trexx/

Just leave the page open in a new window and make sure it's not minimized and active.
It checks for the market on Bittrex and refreshes every 10 seconds.

Once the ZEN market is live, it will play an alert sound, so keep your speakers close
