Yes I think that was one of the main drives to the difficulty going up. Not only with the PoW side of it but also with the PoS side as for a while there the network weight was well over 200k compared to it being around 120k which it is now back to which was the average. I wonder if work has been started on the new website as I believe this is one of the most important things we need and gives us something to promote when promoting Honey.

According to the last update development will be continued very soon with a good amount of manpower. I guess they won't neglect the website as it's the first go to place.

Have you given it enough time to sync up with the network? Is it stuck on a certain number of blocks? It could take some time before your wallet actually syncs up with the network depending on how far you were behind. Also depends on if you have any active connections.

I love staking Honey and have been for many months now however I now only have 1 active connection no matter how many fresh nodes I add so does anyone know why this is happening? I would like to get a lot more nodes active to be safe when staking.

I will add these fresh nodes once I get home and I hope I get more active nodes as I only had 1 active node. AS long as I can stake I'm happy but its always best to have more then 1 active node in case it does happen to drop out which they sometimes can do.

Well I added all these fresh nodes to my honey .conf file to see if that would help with getting more active connections but it didn't seem to work as I still have just 1 active connection. For some reason my wallet has always had just 1 active connection but I am worried that maybe one day that connection will go down and my wallet will stop staking. I'm not sure what to do but as long as I have 1 connection it is fine but I would like to have more.

If you are using Windows - this should help:
Windows:
1) Make sure Honey.exe is not running
2) Open File Explorer and Type %APPDATA%\Honey and hit enter. Your file explorer window will open to your Honey Directory

Note: if the folder doesn't exist, just go to %APPDATA% instead and create the Honey folder

3) Delete the following if they exist:
•   Database folder
•   Txleveldb folder
•   blk0001.dat file

4) Download the bootstrap blockchain file here: https://mega.nz/#!7XRRUIxQ!h5LAYvwDTyaMaFmrFx99Mu11smJuJ0WHZK14HZ7k75g
(That file was uploaded by https://www.coffeepool.org/ and will get your blockchain up to March 12th 2018 – which gives a big boost to wallet sync)

5) Extract the new downloaded file to the %APPDATA%\Honey folder
6) Start Honey.exe like you normally do
7) Let the wallet synchronize any recent transactions
8 ) Consider supporting https://www.coffeepool.org/ since durich uploaded a fairly recent blockchain to get you going

And no I'm not associated with coffepool.org - just trying to help out with Honey Coin!

As for your other question - I hope Honey is not dead, but developer postings are few and far between.
