Actually, you can not wear Solaris signature by now. Only Full members and up can wear avatar. So you have to wait to the next upgrading point of the forum system. When you got at least 120 activites and at the right time, the BCT system will upgrade you to be Full member, then you can wear Solaris avatar. The rules of BCT forum presented in the following link.

I don't know. It's ripe to start growing, especially if we get added to more exchanges. Between zero Solaris and the supply halving, both taking place in December, we have a good footing to start rising consistently.

I see what you meant, it will be better with both voting and commenting to demonstrate that voters are active ones, instead of clone accounts trying to vote more for Solaris.
In addition, we only can and have to vote, then waiting for feedback from the exchange owners. It dues to there is no fixed number of votes to be considered.
