I think ZrCoin staff wants to achieve this way new contractors for ZrO2 and find new investments this way: this is why it was so important to open an office in China, so they can spread the project in a new market.

Its being backed by sasha the CEO of WAVESplatform and so I guess they themselves will invest to this project to reach their necessary funds. Their offer of buying back is enticing investors already. I think this will reach more than 3 million.
