1. Patent for this technology is in registration process now.
But team has other patents. I mean, that they are experienced in this and they have about 10 different other patents.

2. The building which ll be built is typical and easy constructed, so there is no special architectural design.
It's built in typical "sandwich" - panels.

3. It's definetely long term project. And we are going to sell shares for tokens, so price of tokens at that moment can be much higher than *2.
More than this we are going to create other projects like this. Our team is group of scientists and people are involved to industrial production for years, and they have some high technology ideas.
All these ideas are based on green technologies.
Thus, this project it's only the first project of a seria of "green" technological projects.
This project is not so complicated and amount which we need to raise is not too high.
