The best time of the investment when we can use the amount of money to increase only , here I means to say that buy the Bitcoin when the price get down and hold it at the exchange wallet .
When the price get very up then  you will see that with the increase in the demand of the Bitcoin , the price of the altcoins are going down and this results into best moment to buy altcoin , so after the price of the Bitcoin became high buy those altcoins which are more expensive and better and better .

Well, I agree that it is not scientifically full proof but we can predict the trend of the price based on the past performance of the bitcoin and even if doesn't provide the accurate figure, still it shows the trend of the price which usually trails near the actual price in the future. No one can predict accurate future price movements but still, the prediction based on the historical data helps to determine the investment strategy which gives good results.
