I spoke to my team and honestly I might have banned you also if you called me unprofessional.  You came in you were clearly displeased about the current state of the project.  They answered your questions to the best of their ability.  You were still displeased.  They tried to illustration a point you misunderstood and called them unprofessional.  I am going to unban your account because no one here holds a grudge.  Please understand that my team is trying to do everything we can to assist the you.  We are here to help. 

Please post everything where they illustrate the point to when I got banned and let people decide was it me or your team was on a power trip.  There was someone else who right wrote at the same time as me questioning your professionalism.

Fact is you cannot act like an ass and do as you please when you are representing the company.  To have the team leader endorse this type of behavior.  Sonm needs to change their community team.  Overpaying by a mile.

Yes I will be writing a complaint email.

You need to discuss what led up to that point.  I saw sonm_community typed ETA = 3 days.  Another member asked when is Bittrex going to get listed I answered ETA is 3 days because that is literally what YOU typed.  

Then you go
 ETA = 5 minutes
ETA = 1 minute.
Some stupid explanation that it is just a best guess.
I stated why give out ETA that you don't plan to keep.
Then stated along the lines of you know you are representing SoNM, right?
This is really unprofessional.

Then banhammered.

And the team leader of the service sonm hired ENDORSED this.

Pretty much why they refused to post the chatlogs leading up to the ban.  Because it will make them look like asses.

PS: Did you banned the other person who questioned your professionalism the same time I questioned it?

I've been eager to spot some trace of professionalism from SONM team since the ICO started. The funny thing is that somebody here suggested to open a new moderated thread bacause of "FUDers"... I hope it's now clear why that would be a really bad idea.

When there are 2 people who typed within 2-3 seconds QUESTIONING the professionalism of the said person maybe it is the person instead of the 2 people.

The chatlogs would prove it.  But you probably cleaned it up.

The sad part is I was there initially for the 1st one who someone else in this thread prior got banned and tried to defused the situation.  Chatlog there would prove that too.  Now I know it wasn't that guy (tbh, that guy did NOT deserve the ban).

I'll be linking these 2 post to your employers and hope they select someone else.  No one should have your company represent them and tarnish their reputation like that.

See, here's the thing.  I don't believe think SONM team is unaware of how bad the hired community managers are.  I believe they just have to be informed.

Just post the chatlogs.  No input required from either side.  Community can decide if your team was on a power trip or was I in the wrong.

I find it hard to believe that you endorsed your team member's behavior but will not let everyone see the type of behavior it is.

The most important thing is to get things right first, they you will have the rise in price we all want. This has potential, which is what we really all invested in, let it have a chance to reach that potential.

The most important thing is to get things right first, they you will have the rise in price we all want. This has potential, which is what we really all invested in, let it have a chance to reach that potential.

So is the price rise only reason for you to invest in this project? Pitty... For most of the investors, the pump possibility is the only reason to invest in the projects. Which is very wrong.

I've been watching this project for 1 month, if the price decrease, I'll buy some SNM token.

Yet I can't figure out why a dev's team which aims at building a worldwide supercomputer is not able to write some code to calculate the bonus, based on transaction's timestamps and BTC price history from any decent exchange.

I see many people concerned about SNM falling on exchanges, yet the situation must be read the other way around: it's the price that's crashing because the market is concerned about the unprofessionalism, unpreparedness and inadequacy shown by the team so far.
