The way they are resolved is people were asked to email the bonus issues in.  Support then reviewed the claims.  They awarded bonuses to valid claims.  They gave detailed explanations to people who were incorrectly claiming they were owed a bonus.  

Are all the bonus issues resolved?  No and they will like persist for a very long time as some people have still yet to submit their first email about a missing bonus.  

So I was quiet as I promised, but this is just revolting.

This is simply not true!! I got no answer whatsoever about my bonus and exchange rate, even posting it publicly here so that anyone can actually verify it, don't even need to trust what I'm saying. There is no bigger proof than actual facts, you can't escape this and your other nickname tried to distort my message but failed.

You are yet to explain your criteria for bonus and exchange rates, no word anywhere, this is disrespectful and the community wont trust projects that lie to accommodate their failures, lack of transparency=you wont ever do anything in this space again.

There is no success in this world without network effect. You guys screwed up and still refuse to make amends, you persist in creating an unfriendly and trust-lacking environment with your investors, this is why your token is being dumped and now there is not even anyone interested in buying it. Telegram or slack won't save you even if you ban all of those who dare to inquire you.

Repeating dozens of times a lie won't ever make it a truth. You didn't solve the issues, period. But worse, now you lie saying there were emails detailing why the claims didn't hold, incredible the audacity!! We don't need to do anything, you guys destroy your reputation alone. Regarding the statement highlighted above, the only answer I got to the 5 emails I've been sending to bonus@sonm.io for more than one month, was one canned reply like "sorry for the delay, we will solve your issue asap", and then a deafening silence. There were no "detailed explanations" whatsoever.
Again, if they really want to show their good faith, they just need to post the criteria they've been using to calculate the bonus, so that everybody can check if they are flawed. The very first question is: where do they get the BTC price history from? As coinmarketcap doesn't seem to have history API, then some other reliable datasorce must be found.
If they refuse to do it openly, then the doubt remains as to whether they are not able to fix the issue or not willing at all to address it: I don't know which one is worse actually.

I want to mention firstly that, I'm a fair holder of that coin and lost 1/2 of my total investment in that coin. Luckily I managed to invest better later with the rest of my holding and fixed that issue. I guess, I will keep this coin for a long time as a shame.

These guys saying that "it will show a better trend in the near future" should explain their claim, because I don't see a reason to make it happen. They collected 42M for this ICO, come on... We just bought a nice looking website that talks about plans for future for 42M. There are projects like NAV Coin and it worth 14M. Most of the people aren't brain-dead like me and see that this ICO doesn't worth that much for now after looking other projects. People don't want to hear that if it is going to have a unique concept or not, they want to see the work. ICO of this project has ended a month ago and they only managed to distribute bounties yesterday. With this speed they will manage to release something worthy after 3 years, if they don't give up halfway through and let this project die. This project might get hot in the next years, it is possible. Yet, the collected amount was not real value of it. I would say 8M total cap is fine for that project and looking from here it looks like it will hit that point. To make the long story short, we paid too much for this coin and it is correcting itself.

This team did show bad communication from beginning,this is not good,I agree.

This project is early alpha,and ICO was just one month ago,and you are waiting for big news,and answers on all of your questions right now from team,which is just started their first project.

Don't double down, you will bankrupt yourself. Just think about one thing: if the token ever recovers to ICO price, 5000 satoshi, then there will be nothing preventing it to soar beyond that point, because this means this thing got momentum. That is: either you get a break even point and possibility of more or nothing at all. Bigger amounts of token are also more illiquid. Meanwhile you can invest -- the money you would use to double down -- in other things and make them grow so that you can come back when this hits ICO price with a bigger stash to invest.

It is also a matter of people holding coins not selling it at current prices, but the pre-ico coin flippers, those who SONM treated with honey and milk instead of actual investors, are dumping it at anything above 900 satoshi. Don't fall for this trap and sell in desperation.

If you really want to double down, at least do it at 900 satoshi range.

Latest update from dev team has a lot of good things I think it's good to stay strong even this situation very critical but we need to be patient. After looking over the activity on github and that update I put into this project it seems soon something nice will be release.

many altcoins going down atm sonm too... maybe theres just too many new coins its become oversaturated. it's up to luck which coins go +1000 % and which lose 1000% but in the long run i think all alt coins that have stable network are good for HODL. 1 sonm might be worth 2500 euros in 2045
