Just my personal opinion.
I think we will see a lot of altcoins dying in the next couple of years, because there is a lot of bullshit which you dont really need or just hyped, but there are also a few projects which can be huge and can help us in the future.
I dont now which one will win this competition ( Sonm, Golem or maybe companies like Google will create they own ? ) but I am sure, this idea and technology will be needed, just think about
artificial intelligence or other fields like this.
I willing to hold my coins for years ( when the devs are making progress like now ) and I am not selling under $ 40 per coin, sounds crazy because a lot of you guys are saying words like " but it would be bigger as ethereum" -----> NO, because other projects are also growing, but in my opinion, this whole crypto market will grow heavily in the next years, I have read it could reach something like 5 Trillion until 2025, and if we have only 100-200 surviving coins, it will be divided between these.
But I am not saying that sonm will reach this goal ( marketcap ), but I think that the winner of this competition will be reach it, maybe it is sonm, maybe golem.
And some people here just dont have any patience, sure, 5-7 years is a long time, but how many investments do you know where you can become a millionaire in just 5-7 years and willing to lose the money of a small car, I am not only speaking about sonm rather in general.

I agree! IMO 99% will die. Time will come when projects will be evaluated like “normal start-ups”. Reasons why projects fail:
1. No need
2. Ran out of cash
3. Wrong team
4. Get outcompeted
5. Pricing
6. Poor product
7. bad business model
8. Poor marketing
9. Ignore customers
10. wrong time for product
11. lose focus
12. disharmony team
13. lack passion
14. bad location
15. No financing / partnership interest
16. Legal challenges
17. Don’t use Network /advisors
18. Burn out
In the interest of SONM and in the community interest we should question these points ever and ever again.
You can’t compare Golem and SONM. I’m sorry to say but if you still compare Golem with SONM you did not understand SONM business model deeply. For SONM’s versioned product I absolutely see need. IMO SONM business model clearly outperforms Golem, IExec, Grid and so on.
However actually there is nearly nothing. Maybe this will change on 25.12. I can’t say often enough “seeing is beliving!” Till now everything could be nothing. So download the MVP software and check! Provide your opinion!
SONM: Please provide easy installation also for non tech people.
You are right companies like Google could do same. That is why SONM has to be fast and smart. At some point it is easier and cheaper for big corporations to cooperate.
