Hi, my name is Andrey Voronkov. I am original founder of the project and author of the SONM idea. I have sold rights for the project in March 2017 to other two co-founders (Sergey Ponomarev and Aleksei Antonov) and their investors. So, I was not involved in either pre-ICO, or ICO. However, since this all has affected me, I became interested in a way how the ICOs can be handled for the benefits of the investors. I was doing a research about DAOs since then and participate now in another project, which actually helps to protect investors in trustless and legaless/lawless manner. We use MolochDAO-like structure (Dandelion template from Aragon). When SONM has announced in September 2019 that they transfer project to the hands of the community, we came with suggestion for community to self-organize into a DAO. Part of the community became very positive about that, but part became very negative. Anyway, at that time we have found that it was not possible to create DAO in the way it can be fully operable. This year, 2020, it became possible (Aragon project has created many useful templates for that). So, if community wants to organize the project, the creation of DAO can be brought back to the agenda.


PS SONM platform itself is alive and it is used by three different startups: transcoding, machine learning, rendering (Rays) and a new one (biomedical computing) will join soon. The current price of rental GPU for the general purpose computing from SONM is 3 times cheaper that from Amazon AWS. So, what SONM needs now are sales and proper marketing in order to get clients, otherwise this is fully functional economically efficient technology, I think it is a gem for VCs, but I am not a big specialist in IR myself, I am just technical guy.

Whoever read this please becareful and stay away from SNM and anything related to this project , there is a proverb saying Thief for once is thief forever, I was a follower of SONM news on telegram After the sudden big exit announcement of end of development (ofc everything was planned by people behind sonm project) i saw many suggestions by remained team members but all those suggestions have one thing in common is soft and hidden attempt of EXTORTION money from desperated sonm holders by DAO thing and some suggestions are gone far for proposing another ico to continue development or else let sonm die , I really hope every exchange delist sonm so this masquerade of greedy bastards thieves end once and for all and no more innocent investors fall in this again.

thats bad, because if i'm not wrong  this project that collected about $42,000,000 during the crowdsale and now this project seems like a dead project
i hope sonm team will create a huge improvement in the near time, and seriously develop their project to bring sonm to the higher level

This will be the next bitclave that will be sued by the SEC. We will know that soon. I hope US investors of this project will be creating a report for SEC to brought all of the members in this project to the court. Legal action is actually needed to make sure investors will be getting refund for their investment.
There are so many similar projects that have become scam projects.
CZ must also delist this one. This is a fake shit scam coins. I hope we will see a new announcement that will be made by SEC to take legal action for the scammers behind this project.
