why i have 0 mnx available for parking?
how can i park the coins?
Hello! Please tell me, have you already transfer your MNX from your account to MNXCore? At first you should did it. You can parking your MNX after you got coins to your MNXCore and after you registered in MinexBank. Details you can find here: https://blog.minecoin.org/how-to-register-in-minexbank-410321000292i have coins in MNXcore in my wallet. i made a new wallet called minexbank. i had registred in minexbank with the "minexbank" wallet adress. 0 coins available for parking. i have to signup in minexbank with the adress from the first wallet, where i have the coins? thank you! Hello! Yes, you should registration with your main adds that you created at first, where you have a MNX. So after you can parking your MNX and will get a percents after parking. |

Hello! We are planing to be listed on Bittrex and other exchanges (YoBit, Livecoin, C-Cex), but we don't have plans about Cryptopia and Nova. Which exchange will be the first - can't tell you. And of course, we will announce in our official channels when exactly it will be. Have you at least already been answered by the exchanges? |

Hello! Sorry, missed your question. Of course, you can keep your MNX for as much time as it is necessary for you. Your bounty account is completely protected and will not lose your coins. So, you can wait until we launch on exchange and then you can transfer coins directly your MNX. Thank you for your question! |

Hi
I made a withdrawal of my MXN from ICO campaign and I got the coins instant.
I tried to do the same thing (to withdraw the coins from bounty campaign) but I get this message: "Order is opened. Please wait until order will be processed." - Order #1460
Also I see even we are on 11.08.2017 MNX is not listed on any exchanger yet?
This is a huge delay...
Hello! Confirmation of applications for the withdrawal of coins from the bounty panel will be manual, so coins will not appear on your MNXcore balance immediately. We are working on that and, please trust we are interested in this(listing on exchange) as well as you. It takes time, you should understand that. We warned about delay. I requested the withdrawal of the bounty 4 days ago but until this moment it appears as opened? I hope these delays accompany the listing of a good exchange. |

Just an inquiry tho (since I haven't participated on the Minexbank testing phase)
If ever I park a certain amount of MNX, say 20. on a weekly rate.
Do I have to keep the 20 MNX for a whole week and not spend it?
Or I can cancel it anytime? You can spend them at any time, because they stay in your wallet. You do not transfer your funds to Minexbank |

I participated in the ICO. Now I can't login on the ICO platform and I couldn't reset my password either as the "Passphrase Recovery Window" keeps reporting the only email address I have as invalid.
Kindlly come to my rescue.

If you received your coins to a new address with the Wallet You have to sign up with that address with Minexbank That's what I had to do. Because I had ICO sent to 1 address and the Bounty sent to a different address. |
