As you can see "everything" is wrong with the block. Is it orphaned? If it is, why receiving them all the time?

you have to issue the command gettransactions to see the transactions in the block. but this only works for your own transactions. unless you run the cli with the txindex=1 and -reindex parameter.

Believe me, I know that this block does not exists even though the hash was outputted. Just check the block hash yourself or the tx with getrawtransaction(). It does not exist. It is a ghost. With the last sentence you could be correct but not, because the block hash is not in the network (checking the explorer).

So the point is you have to make a withdrawal in accordance with what you have no more.

Ahh I see, so that is only applicable for the ico withdrawal. Bounty withdrawals doesnt need quantity for withdrawals, it only needs address for the input, so everything will be ok, i guess.
