FINALLY they took matters into their hands!!!
The target time was one block every 2 minutes 45 seconds, and we were getting one every 2 hours for the last week, at that rate the difficulty adjustment  was more than TWO MONTHS away.

I don't know why they set the initial difficulty so high, it was a massive mistake :-(

I assumed that the developers took some of the funds from the ICO and fired up a few hundred of Virtual Machines,  the hash rate increase has been very slow, but steady during the day.

And I think that they needed to do it, they want to launch the 9th, but generating one block every 2 hours didn't allow to launch it.

The big issue that I have with that project is the lack of proper communication, one or too blog posts every week that only address the issues in a very superficial way is not enough, specially if you are falling behind your own schedule.

No, the difficulty was for for a hash power of around  1000 hps (from what I can see  now) and we only had around 45 hps last week, that hps was increasing very slowly up to 130 hps this morning, when things started to improve big time (1088 hps right now).


I will wait until around block 1900 (just mined #1426, you can see it at http://minexexplorer.com) when the difficulty gets adjusted, if the difficulty gets reduced a bit your will start to get a chance
