I think the hybrid structure of the POW + Parking works very well. Especially with algorithms of the MinexBank, this looks like a promising project.

Yes, this is a quite innovative concept which already has met many interest of investors.

But one question. Why is the company registered in Hong Kong when most of the Team is from Ukraine? Do they all live in Hong Kong or does the business build in Hong Kong while other members work from Ukraine?

The answer is quite simple: tax reasons. Hong Kong can guarantee lower taxes rates than Ukraine, so it better to register a company there. Also, Hong Kong is one the main financial hubs in the world (unlike Ukraine) and thus it is a more favorable environment to work and estabilish a company. It has been a very good choice done by Minexcoin team.

Hello!

To make a backup of the wallet you need to:

1. Go to menu "File"
2. Choose "Back up Wallet"
3. Choose folder to save the backup and the name for your backup file.

For Windows systems wallet.dat file is saved to C:/Users/User Name/AppData/Roaming/Minexcoin.

For Linux systems wallet.dat is saved to /home/[User’s Name]/Documents

For Mac OS wallet.dat file is saved at Library/Application Support/Minexcoin

4. Press "Save"
5. Copy the file to some safe location, for example, to a flash drive.
Please, note: Please do not rename wallet.dat file, otherwise the wallet would not see the balance.

I have read hundreds of whitepaper since May. Each one claims something promising. Whatever Minex team promised in the whitepaper is not yet delivered but still market sentiments are with the MNX. That is good for community and me also. What is more appreciable is, team have answered and always in contact with the community in all phases, good and bad, till now.

I know crawling through the code may be possible, but it has very few comments / documentations in there. I admit that I was not able to figure out which one is actually used.

anyway you should check it using :

Mine takes usually around 5-10 min from pending to credited in my minexbank address.
