They didn't disclose yet when people will start receiving their cards but they are moving this moving process within time frame. I hope before end of next month so many people will receive this card and after this we will see demand for this service.

Ok, but need more explanation from you, I mean your vision of the process.

Offchain transactions are used for app and web app.
Then for me, ATM machines are totally useless, too big, so difficult to transport, expensive and high maintenance costs.
I find it much easier to make a partnership with Pundix, so through their POS recharge the Minex wallet, as well as make them expendable in stores
